Sunday Service August 7th, 2005
The Church Ministries
Bible Truth Christian Church
Good morning everyone welcome to our 86th Sunday service and we are approaching our 2 year mark anniversary on the 17th and I never thought we would still be moving along to get this far but through the grace of God we have. I spent the first 3 to 4 months just doing prayers and then building the several pages that you see. Then around December I started to do Sunday services, which I figured at the time would be the best thing for the closest reality of the early Church, we are only and the first sub title Bible Truth Christian Church which just explains our unity, I just wanted to call the church The Church at Hilo but then if we moved from here to somewhere in Thailand or some other country it would have sounded pretty bad having a church at Hilo when your in another country, but the early churches just had the name of the place, it was just called the church at somewhere or the church in a particular place, and that is the why I wanted it to be as close to the early church with truth and the word all tied together.  So the Church Ministries came alive, and it is a living breathing organism just like it should be. Now it is a world assembly of believers, I have 8 flags flying now and there will be more that are added. A church that teaches the truth, the word of truth and Loves Jesus Christ and clings to Jesus as number one in our lives. I wish I could say something to make you all smile or to give you all happiness, I wish I could send you all a great healing, but I am going to praise the Lord for his mighty act and what he has done for me and The Church Ministries and for all the people I stay in prayer with.  I must tell you all a bit from my heart, and share with you as  friends would, I hope you all understand. The last two months have really broken my heart and has done something spiritually to me; I can only pray that God heals me from all the lies and all the games that went on in this office/house.  My doctor, she is so close and all of a sudden she got a detached retina, and had to fly back and forth to get operations, and I could not have any contact with her when I needed her the most. I didn't have a regular appointment with her until last week and even then I was going back and forth like a yoyo from the office to the Pharmacy, from the 21st and the 26th, and I had the social security doctor check me out on the 20th, and when he looked inside my mouth the man stepped back so far in like a shock, then he knew I wasn't lying and I was supposed to move on the 21st. This moving thing and this man that wanted to buy this house/office played mr. big shot and turned my life completely upside down, and he didn't even get the loan, so the owners took it off the market and raised my rent. But that was a small amount to pay to stay where I am, what a test of faith. I was in limbo I could not do anything but cry and pray, and asking God why are these people are doing this to me. People in general all around me had no idea what I went through I only got sicker and filled with more stress, I have never seen people lie and tell me stories. It is the loneliness that really got to me and a broken heart after a broken heart one day after another, I thought I had a broken heart before but now my whole body took a toll I must of aged 10 years in two months, lost more weight and now I am so tied even if I do a small task I get exhausted, and I am still alone all I have is my Jesus and that is all I need. That is all anyone needs. I am just a man with The Church Ministries and a prayer ministry combined and the devil wanted that destroyed, everyday it was something else, either a lie or some type of attack and I praise the Lord for such a gift of life.  Then even when I cancelled all the utilities they billed me for two places and even shut down my office and house I am in,  I was shaking that day I could not believe what they told me to cover-up that mistake, I was on the phone for an hour with a man or should I say a young boy, he just could not understand that I didn't move and he is still trying to over bill me, I have never in my life have gone through such a mess, and I am the victim, I am the one sitting up in the morning wondering what are they going to do next. Then I keep praying for others, and that to has taken an effect for the worst, I have never been hurt so bad and hit hard so bad day after day, my memory is changed, I used to know chapter and verse and I am not the same anymore, God help me, please my congregation please say a prayer for me, I pray for all of you please turn the tables on the evil one, let us all worship God and praise His name that is what we are all here for. Yesterday my electric bill was over 220 which is totally impossible. A new refrigerator, and a new water heater, and all I have on is this computer, and even satan tried to destroy that, I had to send it out to be fixed, and that was the most damaging thing, I had over 550 emails from people all over the world that said what happened. My God, My God forgive me, please let me have a few sunny days so I can heal this broken heart.  I guess I don't understand people today, the world is changing and the people are getting colder and colder, Satan has really blinded all of the whole words minds, nothing is the truth anymore, it seems that everything is a lie, everything in the media is a lie, and nothing is that is printed is the truth except the Word, people are getting taken to the bank everyday, and the middle class will someday be no more. How do we deal with all of this destruction, all the killing in the streets, the drugs, the satan worshipers, the hate, and it only gets worst, and the true Christians that try to stand up for God and try to share the Good News of Jesus Christ, they get condemned, and no one listens, and no one cares, it is the mighty dollar and the possessions and accomplishments that count, and what kind of car you drive, or what kind of house you live in. No one looks into a persons heart anymore, they don't care about there sincerity or there feelings.  My discernment level is off the scale, and I have changed for the worst, (broken heart) being hurt so bad, by so many people, including churches, yes I am humble, and yes I love all people, and yes I have forgiven them all, and hold no grudges, and yes I have been tormented, tortured, and I still keep struggling, for others, not for myself, but to be able to help others to know the truth.  We as people should have the same mind and hearts towards our Creator, and to His Son, who came to take away our sins of the world, and to make us right with our Father in heaven. I mean who would do that; sacrifice his only Son to help a race that does not care about who created them in the first place. I pray and hope more people do come to the knowledge of the truth.   If they don't listen to the truth of the bible why would they listen to anything else? But they will read the newspaper and everything in it, and most of it is a lie, we are all being deceived, just like it says in the Word. We are all blinded by satan, and people think this country is well off, we don't have anything left, most of our country has been sold, and all the beauty and national wildlife areas and forests, are all sold to foreign countries. We had to pay all these loans with something so they had to sell the land, our land America.  I wanted to have a music ministry, and a food serving ministry, and all the second hand shops would have donated clothes, plus other things, so I can help the poor, but still know building in the horizon? I guess I am not patient enough. God wants my head in that bible, and he wants me in prayer with Him and that's it. We are coming to the end times and all the serious Christians are being tormented, I mean really tormented, we are being refined, and chipped away, and thrown in the fire to be purified, and then the end will come. The end is right at the door. I will not go to heaven if I have hate, or envy, or jealousy, or any of the other sins, known to man, we all have to be pure. But we still are all living in the flesh, and we all sin everyday, and we humbly ask the Lord for forgiveness. Sorry I had to let you all know what was going on, I think I am going to ask two men to help me with the Church, maybe two assistant pastors it is better this way I will feel better knowing there is someone to take over if anything happens to me. I now will share with you about Joy in the Lord.
Picture of the office/house from the wide open field across the street, praise the Lord I can still look out through the windows and see the beauty God has made.
In (1 Thes. 5:16), we have a command which is just as binding upon
Christians as any you can find in the Word of God: "Rejoice always"
It has been my observation that many Christians fall far short in carrying out this command in their lives; it is often obvious as we go about our daily living from person to person. It frequently carries over into our worship lack of enthusiasm in singing, boredom in singing and listening to preaching.
So why is it that many Christians don't seem to have joy in their lives? There may be many different reasons I guess we have to figure out what joy really is. In the Greek it comes from the word chara and the meaning is joy, delight, and gladness. (Vines)  the words are similar and they are charis- Greek for grace and charisma- gift. As we go through our every day life we or some believe that a gift or grace produces joy. Understanding that joy and a gift are as one as the same, there are many people who go out and shop and by themselves something in order to receive a joy but as the situation goes on through time the gift does not bring then the same joy when you have first gotten it. We can also look at the value of the gift and then as we look at the bigger the gift the better or the increase in the joy. We also know around our birthdays we have gifts for us may they be from the people at the office or the family but the point is our emotions are excited by waiting for that particular gift, so we have a bit of excitement when we prepare to open a gift, to wonder what may be inside, this all is and outer realm of joy coming together and the gift is opened the joy in that persons heart does come alive. They are not bored or uninterested at this particular time, joy is pretty much throughout the whole room with the close people with you and feeling their emotions and love because there are people that enjoy giving and they gain there joy by giving to one another to watch their face and this way the giver feels that emotion that they have given another person joy. We also have to look at the relationship or the association of each gift, therefore there is like a meter or a smiling gauge according to the size and value of each gift given, so the smaller the gift the smile of joy would not be as large as this person receiving a big box to open, maybe something very heavy. As we truly analyze this whole situation about joy and gifts, we have to just follow these steps, we know the greater the gift the more joy it will bring and so on. Let us look at this whole thing another way but we still are following the same focus. Now just realize your reaction if someone gives you let say a pack of gum, well your joy is not going to be anything to write home about, then you open up a card and find a thousand dollar bill, which I don’t think you can get them anymore, anyway well their joy level will be much of a surprise and they would be a lot of chara or joy, next someone hands the birthday boy a pair of keys and someone pulls in the driveway and the wife hands him the paperwork and says it is yours, now in the room you are going to find rejoicing and chara and all kind’s of joy and happiness and enjoyment. Now do you see that the joy level is the exact direct value towards the proportion of the gift that is received? You also have to notice at least in your mind because you are not there, each reaction taking place after each gift is given; remember the important principle each time with each emotion and so on. So we do have a kind of relationship between each gift that was given and each reaction and each different emotion at each round.
Now let us take this whole principal and combine it to the Joy of what Christians should have. First what kind of gifts has God given to us? You know it would be a lot easier for us to list what has God not given us. Now what is the most important gift which people just don’t realize and we are talking unbelievers and believers, there are some Christians out there who have completely forgotten the eternal life God has given us and promised. He has given us life to spend that thousand dollar bill and drive that new car. “Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.” (James 1:17) “For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Rom. 6:23) What do we say the gift God has given us is freedom from the condemnation for sin through the suffering and the blood of our Lord Jesus Christ, His Son? We also have to analyze the fellowship we have with God as we walk through this life and the margin of our lives of eternal life that we are going to spend with God after this life, so many are just concentrating on this life alone.  “Therefore we do not lose heart, but though our outer man is decaying, yet our inner man is being renewed day by day. For momentary, light affliction is producing for us an eternal weight of glory far beyond all comparison, while we look not at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen; for the things which are seen are temporal, but the things which are not seen are eternal.” (2Cor.4:16-18) We have to see everyday many Christians that have just forgotten the greatest gift of all, life over death this is so irregular to see a Christian not full of joy as they all should be, and there are many reasons to ask why and maybe there are a few. First of all we don’t realize how sinful we really are, we don’t realize the level of our sin when we are just born and grow to an age that we can understand the Lord and the gift He has given us. We just don’t understand what sin actually does, and just don’t realize how it can form separation between us and the Lord. “Behold, the LORD'S hand is not so short That it cannot save. Nor is His ear so dull That it cannot hear. But your iniquities have made a separation between you and your God, And your sins have hidden His face from you so that He does not hear.” (Isa. 59:1-2) We also don’t understand that we could be easily condemned, and people are still asking will God bring us to a spiritual death and into the fires of hell. The fact remains and the truth of the word says: For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Rom.6:23) There are many people out there today even Christians and they just say as the rest of the world says, remember we are not of the world, so these many people say well sin is not that bad I’m a good person and  it is only effecting basic human relationships and all we have to do down the road is apologize or say that we are sorry or  ask for forgiveness or we can always repent of our old ways next week, but one little sin is not going to cast me into hell. Well my brothers and sisters we know that any sin we do we are guilty of all sin. We will still be separated while in the net, the good fish and the bad fish and we will be divided, just like the wheat and the tares, the wheat will be gathered up and put into the Lord’s barn and the tares will be burned up. "But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." (Rev. 21:8). This is the way we think; now we should look at what God thinks. And the person who keeps all of the laws except one is as guilty as the person who has broken all of God's laws. For the same God who said, "Do not commit adultery," also said, "Do not murder." So if you murder someone, you have broken the entire law, even if you do not commit adultery. (James 2:10-11) for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, (Rom 3:23) "For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life. "For God did not send the Son into the world to judge the world, but that the world might be saved through Him. (John 3:16-17) So you see we have a very simple deduction many take salvation for granted, this is a gift of life that God has given us, and before we were talking about cars and money, until people realize how terrible sin is they will not understand, it is like I just want to say well it is a shame you have to end up in hell and burn the rest of your life, just because you don’t understand, or want to understand how horrible it is to live in sin. God offers us life and everything that goes along with it, and some of us are not even thankful, people take too much for granted, "Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!' (Matt. 7: 21-23) I would say those verses were put in the bible for Christians it is very plain, these people had the power and they new the Lord, but some people do the talk but do not do the walk, and Jesus is more interested in our walk than our talk, we need to have a relationship with Him in order to know Him right? Faith in Christ will count at the judgment. He gives us the Holy Spirit to lead us and guide us and we have the Son in our hearts being like the Captain of the ship and we have the God of the universe who is sitting far above making changes in the wind the weather and everyone’s lives, and we don’t appreciate the most important gift life!!  We are murmuring and complaining and we just don’t appreciate the joy that comes with it. The gift of salvation is our greatest joy and that is probably the reason why people just don’t have joy, they just don’t realize what Jesus has done for us. We should be thanking God for everything and we all owe so much to Jesus Christ for what He has done for us.  My Goal is to spread more of the Love of God and explain more stories like this to more and more people to let it all sink in, so they fully understand their salvation and joy of the Lord. I hope this can help you; God is our peace and our life that will remain through eternity, but we have to thank Him, ask for forgiveness of our sinful nature, and be his chosen people and follow His statutes.

My prayer has been the peculiar difference with all of God's saints. This has been the secret of our power to have agreement with so many for the same outcome. The energy and the soul of mine and their prayers has lead me to the prayer closet. The need of help from the outside was needed as man being so great, man's natural ability is to always judge kindly, justly, and truly, and to act the Golden Rule, so prayer is enjoined by Christ to enable man to act in all these things according to the Divine will. By prayer, the ability is secured to feel the law of love, to speak according to the law of love, and to do everything in harmony with the law of love. God can always help us. God is a Father. We need God's good effects to help us to do justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly before God. We need the Divine aid to act brotherly, wisely, and nobly, and to judge truly, and charitably. God's help to do all these things in God's way is secured by prayer. "Ask, and ye shall receive; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." How vast are the possibilities of prayer! How wide is its reach! What great things were accomplished by this divinely appointed means of grace! The whole situation was placed and it lays its hand on Almighty God and moves Him to do what He would not otherwise do if prayer was not offered. It brings things to pass which would never otherwise occur. This particular story of prayer is the story of great achievements. Prayer is a wonderful power placed by Almighty God in the hands of His saints, which may be used to accomplish great purposes and to achieve extraordinary results. Prayer reaches to everything, and everywhere it takes in all things to account great and small which are promised by God to the children of men. In this situation there were no limits to the prayers and the promises of God and His ability to fulfill those promises. God put no limitation on His ability to save, and change lives through true praying. No hopeless conditions, no accumulation of difficulties, and no desperation in distance or circumstance could hinder the success of real prayer. The possibilities of prayer are linked to the infinite integrity and to the omnipotent power of God. There is nothing too hard for God to do, we all know that, God is pledged that if we ask, we shall receive. God can withhold nothing from faith and prayer. Let us all worship and praise the Lord, let us all thank Him for the many blessings He has given us all.

Here is that same field looking the other way, do you see what I have been going through?
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank-You for another week of life and breath, please forgive us of all our sins, please forgive us for not forgiving people that might have hurt us, we are Christian’s we are the true warriors of Christ that are trying to keeping this world from total destruction. So we are her today to worship you God in spirit and in truth, there is no other way, we want to please you Father, we want to bring joy to your heart, I feel sometimes Lord you are crying, watching what you have made being slowly destroyed, we are all sorry for any addition that we have unknowingly have done, to add to the wickedness of this cold world, we want to remain the light of the world and the salt of the earth, all we want to do is please You, and thank-You for all the things that You have given us , the things we take for granted , the things of our health, the things of our thought, and just being able to love You is such a great reward in itself. In Jesus Name, Amen
So you're a Christian leader. Such leadership encompasses a whole range of spiritual responsibilities, tasks, and roles which are part of the essential Divine calling to Christian ministry. What a privilege it is! What a joy to be a minister!
The calling, however, is a calling to strive against Satan in your every single waking and sleeping moment. After all every Christian, is automatically from itself evenly and abroad at warfare with Satan. The more influential the Christian leader, the stronger and more dangerous the methods and schemes Satan uses and the bigger the target you are. People just don’t realize if you pose a treat to the evil of darkness you are going to get attacked, and lets say you have a prayer ministry where you are not only helping people but you are planting seeds for salvation, and healing people with words, and giving them an education on the whole realm of Christianity.
This put through a sieve method by Satan is intended to wear the Christian down. It is intended to wear away confidence and, if possible, make that human being so weak as to loose faith. The only proper Christian response is that of say publicly we are, in Christ, outright 24 hours a day through all warfare.
Doubt strikes at the heart of a Christian's greatest defense, the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If one doubts the power of God unto salvation, by default or not understanding the reality one chooses to fight Satan alone. In any such confrontation, we are no competition for him. With Christ on our side, the evil one is  not in any way or form competition for us to try to fight on our own! That is where most people make there mistakes with the binding and loosing we don’t have the power why do you think in Jude 9 when Michael the mightiest of angels says the Lord rebukes you. People take this ware fare upon themselves and that is where they get into trouble.
Disorder and confusion is the same ball park of lawlessness.
The hidden false churches of today you can walk in and Satan will cause confusion, mix-ups, cause common misunderstandings and universal problems. Eventually he will try to start a spiritual conflict, and of course nobody wins this game it is only an illusion the purpose is so many are getting hurt in the process and don’t even know it.. He has to seek getting behind enemy lines which is always a way to start the total confusion. To go back and go behind everyone and attack from the rear and by surprise, and one of the strategies of turning everything backwards and upside down and as the church and the people within are going and thinking in all directions of mass confusion, they have no concept that they are opening the doors to Satan himself, as all demonic influences are moving  all around especially undetectable and sooner or later you have complete division everywhere and know one even has the common sense enough to say anything, because everyone thinks there is a problem with each other and they think all the confusion is within themselves, and that is why who would stand up and agree that they feel so unworthy once the confusion is placed into their minds. It would be like the congregation are all hypnotized and they don’t know what is happening, they believe there is something wrong with themselves, so why would anyone stand up and say I’m confused, and I don’t know what is going on, and I don’t feel right, I don’t think anyone wants to make fool of themselves so nobody says anything, they just say hello and carry normal conversations.  Satanic warfare is already established in the people’s minds, so how can you group anyone together for anything when everyone is walking around or sitting down in mass confusion but know one will admit to it,  that the confusion is even  going on because if they admit anything, they are admitting that there is something wrong with themselves, so then no one says anything, they wait for someone else to say something, so the whole church and or the group are so messed up because know one will admit they are being under attack and there minds and spirits are already altered. So the pastor gets up and talks he too doesn’t know what is going on, he thinks the congregation is not even listening, or may be listening because he is in the same boat to the demonic warfare, and the people they are so confused themselves but don’t say anything they just listen, and an hour later they don’t even remember what the pastor even said, because the demonic depression is over all of them. Then they leave go out to lunch and they might talk over the service but everyone has this consciousness about what they felt themselves while they were there, and they just change the subject because they don’t want to talk about how uneasy they felt in the first place. Then out of routine they go back to church next week and they become even worse, and they get home and do not feel refreshed they feel empty, because there minds were all ready displaced because of all the demonic attack, and they are trying to shake off all the demonism that was placed in there minds at church which it will slowly where off, unless the church was so full of demonic power they each brought home a demonic entity on there backs, but most likely it will just where off in a few hours once they get back to there own surroundings. Satan's ultimate objective is to live in you. In legal manner of speaking, possession is one of the most compelling evidences of ownership. By dwelling and possessing our lives and hearts, Satan demonstrates his ownership. This occupation can range from outright, total demonic possession to the insidious influencing of everyday decisions.

One example in the bible involves King David's preparation for warfare. Instead of trusting in God's power for victory, David commanded Joab to number all the troops "just to be sure" he had enough power to win. He wanted to know if he had enough power. Curiously, this counting his resources was "incited" by Satan (I Chronicles 21:1).
"Satan rose up against Israel and incited David to take a census
of Israel."1 Chronicles 21:1 NIV
Satan's method is simple. If you want to destroy the people of God, like in any game of war just like a chess game attack the leader or the most important piece. That's precisely how Satan worked in the example above. Whatever your ministry or whatever you are doing for the works of God you can count the devil trying to destroy it. If Satan raises up against your ministry or church or prayer team or even a music ministry, he will provoke you to testing. I remember the days trying out with orchestras and my hands would shake, and I could not even get my rhythm. He doesn’t want anything good to emerge for the kingdom. These things you have to face and on a daily basis  is only logical.  David’s census brought disaster because, unlike the census taken in the book of Numbers (Numbers 1-2) that God had ordered, this census was taken so David could take pride in the strength of his army. In determining his military strength, he was beginning to trust more in military power than in God. There is a thin line between feeling confident because you rely on God’s power and becoming proud because you have been used by God for great purposes.
The Bible text says Satan incited David to take a census. Can Satan force people to do wrong? Yes at any time and place, I have seen things that you would never believe. This is an all out war here but in this situation Satan only tempted David with the idea, but David decided to act on the temptation. Ever since the Garden of Eden, Satan has been tempting people to sin. David’s census was not against God’s law, but his reason for the census was wrong pride in his mighty army while forgetting that his real strength came from God. Even Joab, not known for his high moral ideals, recognized the census as sin. From David’s example we learn that an action that may not be wrong in it self can be sinful if it is motivated by self-indulgence, pride, or egotism. Often our motives, not the action itself, contain the sin. When you just plan to do something out of the ordinary like David that right there is sin. We must constantly analyze our actions before we do anything, some people get down and pray before they do anything, and that is the way to keep yourself from any influence of evil.  David fell to satan’s temptation. God provided a way out in Joab’s counsel, but David’s curiosity was stimulated on by arrogance. His faith and concentration was in his own strength rather than in God’s. Remember we are nothing without God. If we feel self-sufficient and put confidence in ourselves apart from God, you have just opened the door to satan’s schemes. There are some types of independence along the area of pride pulls us away from God. When you are tempted, examine your inner desires to understand why this particular temptation is so appealing. Seldom is Satan effective in urging someone to do something thoroughly out of character and habit, but I have seen many different avenues people take to do things out of the ordinary. For him, success is in the slow but sure hammering away a one's character, faith, hope and confidence. By the time his prey falls, it only takes one final straw to break the camel's back. The plan is to make a serious of falls till there is one big one till the person thinks there is something wrong with them, and it is only a act of spiritual warfare that most people in this world don’t even understand some don’t even think that it even exists. Virtually every fall is simple and gets to be a progressive ratio, and as the hammering away keeps taking place the individual gets weaker and weaker, to where it can be deadly, if you get enough people to torment or change a persons mind you can turn someone into a complete vegetable, I have seen it done just with everyday street games, back in the 70’s people would infiltrate into a suspected home or business and totally destroy it from the back to the front this way the other business running second in sales and profits could eventually be number one, and most of the time the people have no clue that the evil work came from people that were already evil and cunning , but they gathered there power from the devil. Most people of today have no idea that there whole movement and what they do and act from their attitude to their personality has been invaded by satan and his agents

This was going to be my main lesson today but the Lord directed me another way now I have the Joy in the Lord then this section on spiritual warfare and false churches, but I didn't get into the nitty-gritty of the main lesson about waking up and being in the wrong church, and you end up on the othr side of the door in Matthew 7, which is a heavy subject, I just want you my brothers and sisters to be aware that there are many churches that are not teaching the truth and if you are wrapped up in them and Christ comes back and you are at the wrong plavce at the wrorng time, please concider it, maybe next week I will just put up the notes and we can dig deep into church history.

How do we deal with spiritual warfare and have pure worship at the same time we have to know how to deal with Satan at the same time we have to understand his tactics and this way we will be able to fight back, if we don’t we will not be able to get that touch or that intimate relationship we all need from the Lord. During our prayer times we have to ask the Lord to expose the tricks and the strongholds that the evil one has on us or has been already upon us, we all know once we are doing things for the Lord we have this big target on our backs to expose us to the enemy and his agents, in order for us to have that perfect intimate relationship with God and be able to pray for others and have our prayers be active and fluent we must first know how to deal with the devil and his plans during these end times we don’t want to be lukewarm we have to be on fire for God and on fire for His people. We all have to be fighters and we all need training and we all need to exercise our minds to find that positive wisdom within our hearts and minds. In this world we have all kinds of Christians the ones on fire and the lukewarm and the ones we call go along with it Christians, these go along Christians are never going to experience any spiritual warfare because they pose no treat to the devil, so some of them don’t even understand that spiritual warfare even exists, because it never happens to them or they just never experienced it. You take all the great men of the bible and they all have gone through such spiritual warfare. They to just like some of us want to worship the Lord with everything we got with all our minds soul and heart and strength, then that is when we have to look out for all the strange things that are prepared for us to go through as far as our testing, we all have a great war ahead of us if we don’t gain strength now we are not going to be utilized in the greater battles, I believe we all want to participate in this great war to save souls bring healing to others and so many I can’t list. In other words we can’t give up now, after a few simple slam dunks, many of us are doing the 7/24 everyday flinging the sword of the spirit, all day long. Remember Caleb and Joshua when they wanted to go all the way for God. You have to remember we are going to go all the way with God no side stepping and everyone else around us will think we are absolutely crazy they just don’t understand what is really going on, others will put us down and say all kinds of things to discourage us, but there are so many ways the devil will fight against us so we all have to be prepared. "I've told you these things to prepare you for rough times ahead. They are going to throw you out of the meeting places. There will even come a time when anyone who kills you will think he's doing God a favor. They will do these things because they never really understood the Father. I've told you these things so that when the time comes and they start in on you, you'll be well-warned and ready for them. "I didn't tell you this earlier because I was with you every day. (John 16:1-4) You see once we have it clear in our minds to worship God to the fullest and not be the old mediocre Christians, mean while we are in for the attack the evil ones hate. Anyone that fully worships the Lord, Satan will try to destroy any values we have, any faith we have, any strength, and the list goes on. The devil hates us and he will use people and demonic influences or both it could be people that are controlled by the evil ones, or maybe I could even say the angels of the light remember, “For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ. And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light. It is not surprising, then, if his servants masquerade as servants of righteousness. Their end will be what their actions deserve.” (2Cor.11:13-15) So my dear bothers and sisters if you truly want to give your best don’t look at others around you if they are praising the Lord and dancing in the aisle and have that big smile on there faces and that mystique of joy some of them just don’t understand we have to learn the tactics from the devil so we will win this war. Like I have said to so many others we have to give the Lord complete surrender or complete submission and that means we cannot hold any doubt, fear or unbelief, being insecure about our faith , we can not carry any un-forgiveness, or remorse, or anger or many other hindrances to even have any control over us, we must continue to have complete faith in the Lord at all times no matter what ever trial or suffering comes our way , we can’t be moved we have to give it all to the Lord, like myself I am fighting incredible odds everyday and you would not believe what I have to go through just to keep my mind perfectly focused, it is like the arrows are getting sent in all around me and I have to have that perfect faith that none will even touch me, then the Lord can use me the way he did with Moses, I mean I don’t compare to Moses so don’t get that in your head, but then again who knows what God has planned for us all, and it is up to us which road we are going to travel on. Moses was up against incredible trials and he got through them, so God gave him more to do, so some of us want to do so much for the Kingdom and we will never advance to the next level if we just give up now. Moses left them and prayed, "Our LORD, why have you brought so much trouble on your people? Is that why you sent me here? Ever since you told me to speak to the king, he has caused nothing but trouble for these people. And you haven't done a thing to help." The LORD God told Moses: Soon you will see what I will do to the king. Because of my mighty power, he will let my people go, and he will even chase them out of his country. My name is the LORD. But when I appeared to Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, I came as God All-Powerful and did not use my name. I made an agreement and promised them the land of Canaan, where they were living as foreigners. Now I have seen how the people of Israel are suffering because of the Egyptians, and I will keep my promise. Here is my message for Israel: "I am the LORD! And with my mighty power I will punish the Egyptians and free you from slavery. I will accept you as my people, and I will be your God. Then you will know that I was the one who rescued you from the Egyptians.” (Ex. 5:22, 23-6:1-7) We have to remember this one thing, once we are totally obedient to God the devil will be defeated.!!! We also have to remember lets talk about Steven remember in Acts and he was standing in front of the counsel and they all thought he had a face of an angel and he had such unbelievable faith and he was just talking and in the end of his defense or story he got them all mad when he called them all stiff necked and even when they began stoning him he could see the Lord and was forgiving there actions at the same time, now that is faith. Back to Abraham he was able to see God even though he was not visible the same with Steven he looked up and could see the Father and the Son. “By faith he forsook Egypt, not fearing the wrath of the king: for he endured, as seeing him who is invisible.” (Heb. 11:27) And we have to remember Job with all the things he went through he said in (13:15) “Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him:” And we can not forget about Paul there was so many things he went through and he was put down and hasseled and ridiculed and he was lost and confused like I get sometimes but still he made it through many of the trials and still yet he could say what he said in 2Cor. 4:8-10 We are troubled on every side, yet not distressed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; Persecuted, but not forsaken; cast down, but not destroyed; Always bearing about in the body the dying of the Lord Jesus, that the life also of Jesus might be made manifest in our body”. So you see all these great men gave all they had to God complete surrender, and by doing this and realizing that Satan was still in the background and yet they still were victorious in each and every situation, they went through “severe” trials and still they ended up with God’s peace and they were able to go on, just like me I am faced with more than any normal person could handle, and I had my buddy another pastor over here and we were just discussing all the trials and how I have to live through them and how I just needed to talk to someone today and he just came over, you see we have to depend on the Lord for all things this way we can conquer the evil one all in the same instance, you see we have to get closer to God remember that scripture in (James 4:7-8a) “Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.” Faith is not just some word, Faith is probably the most important word in the bible next to love, faith is the foundation of our worship, we can’t please God with out faith like in (Heb. 11:6) “But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.” So God puts all these trials in front of us so we can expand our reaches. God has to do this because if He didn’t we would not have a chance against the wiles of the devil. God knows what He is doing for us. We have to look at ourselves in the mirror and find out who we really are, we need to be strong so we can expand our reaches not for us because God wants to use us and He needs us and we are going to be going through incredible amounts of testing ahead because He wants us to prove it to ourselves so we can actually see we do have the faith that we need to defeat the devil. You have to figure all the great men and what they had to go through all that heart break each of them went through and at each time they didn’t feel like they did have the faith they needed but in the end they saw what God was trying to show them if we walk by faith not by sight how can we even walk to the next life if we don’t have the strong faith we need. I want to leave you with one more scripture I could go on and on about this I just want you all to know that I feel for all of you and I want to let you all know that my prayers are with you all. “Thus saith the LORD unto you, Be not afraid nor dismayed by reason of this great multitude; for the battle is not yours, but God's.” (2Chron. 20:15b)
EVERY one has asked himself the great question of antiquity as of the modern world: What is the the supreme good? You have life before you. Once only you can live it. What is the noblest object of desire, the supreme gift to covet?
We have been accustomed to be told that the greatest thing in the religious world is Faith. That great word has been the key-note for centuries of the popular religion; and we have easily learned to look upon it as the greatest thing in the world. Well, we are wrong. If we have been told that, we may miss the mark. I have taken you, in the chapter which I have just read, to Christianity at its source; and there we have seen, “The greatest of these is love.” It is not an oversight. Paul was speaking of faith just a moment before. He says, “If I have all faith, so that I can remove mountains, and have not love, I am nothing. “So far from forgetting, he deliberately contrasts them, “Now abideth Faith, Hope, Love,” and without a moment’s hesitation, the decision falls, “The greatest of these is Love.”
And it is not prejudice. A man is apt to recommend to others his own strong point. Love was not Paul’s strong point. The observing student can detect a beautiful tenderness growing and ripening all through his character as Paul gets old; but the hand that wrote, “The greatest of these is love,” when we meet it first, is stained with blood.
Nor is this letter to the Corinthians peculiar in singling out love as the sepreme good. The masterpieces of Christianity are agreed about it. Peter says, “Above all things have fervent love among yourselves.” Above all things. And John goes farther, “God is love.” And you remember the profound remark which Paul makes elsewhere, “Love is the fulfilling of the law.” Did you ever think what he meant by that? In those days men were working their passage to Heaven by keeping the Ten Commandments, and the hundred and ten other commandments which they had manufactured out of them. Christ said, I will show you a more simple way. If you do one thing, you will do these hundred and ten things, without ever thinking about them. If you love, you will unconsciously fulfil the whole law. And you can readily see for yourselves how that must be so. Take any of the commandments. “Thou shalt have no other gods before Me.” If a man love God, you will not require to tell him that. Love is the fulfilling of that law. “Take not His name in vain.” Would he ever dream of taking His name in vain if he loved Him? “Remember the Sabbath day to keep it holy.” Would he not be too glad to have one day in seven to dedicate more exclusively to the object of his affection? Love would fulfil all these laws regarding God. And so, if he loved Man, you would never think of telling him to honour his father and mother. He could not do anything else. It would be preposterous to tell him not to kill. You could only insult him if you suggested that he should not steal -.how could he steal from those he loved? It would be superfluous to beg him not to bear false witness against his neighbour. If he loved him it would be the last thing he would do. And you would never dream of urging him not to covet what his neighbours had. He would rather they possessed it than himself. In this way “Love is the fulfilling of the law.” It is the rule for fulfilling all rules, the new commandment for keeping all the old commandments, Christ’s one secret of the Christian life.
Now Paul had learned that; and in this noble eulogy he has given us the most wonderful and original account extant of the summum bonum. We may divide it into three parts. In the beginning of the short chapter, we have Love contrasted; in the heart of it, we have Love analysed; towards the end we have Love defended as the supreme gift.

If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and surrender my body to the flames,[b] but have not love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.
Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 1but when perfection comes, the imperfect disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me. Now we see but a poor reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known.
And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1Cor. 13:1-13 NIV

As we were talking about the church earlier and the basis of it I got a "dictionary from Eastmond" and I printed out the difinition to enlighten us a bit more about the early church.
The derivation of the word is generally said to be from the Greek kuriakon (kuriakon) “belonging to the Lord.” But the derivation has been too hastily assumed. It is probably connected with kirk, the Latin circus, circulus, the Greek kuklos (kuklos) because the congregations were gathered in circles.
Ecclesia (ekklesia) the Greek word for church, originally meant an assembly called out by the magistrate, or by legitimate authority. It was in this last sense that the word was adapted and applied by the writers of the New Testament to the Christian congregation. In the one Gospel of St. Matthew the church is spoken of no less than thirty-six times as “the kingdom.” Other descriptions or titles are hardly found in the evangelists. It is Christ’s household, (Matthew 10:25) the salt and light of the world, (Matthew 5:13,15) Christ’s flock, (Matthew 26:31; John 10:15) its members are the branches growing on Christ the Vine, John 15; but the general description of it, not metaphorical but direct, is that it is a kingdom, (Matthew 16:19) From the Gospel then we learn that Christ was about to establish his heavenly kingdom on earth, which was to be the substitute for the Jewish Church and kingdom, now doomed to destruction (Matthew 21:43) The day of Pentecost is the birthday of the Christian church. Before they had been individual followers Jesus; now they became his mystical body, animated by his spirit. On the evening of the day of Pentecost, the 3140 members of which the Church consisted were— (1) Apostles; (2) previous Disciples; (3) Converts. In (Acts 2:41) we have indirectly exhibited the essential conditions of church communion. They are (1) Baptism, baptism implying on the part of the recipient repentance and faith; (2) Apostolic Doctrine; (3) Fellowship with the Apostles; (4) The Lord’s Supper; (5) Public Worship. The real Church consists of all who belong to the Lord Jesus Christ as his disciples, and are one in love, in character, in hope, in Christ as the head of all, though as the body of Christ it consists of many parts.

25It is enough for the disciple that he be as his teacher, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more them of his household! Matt. 10:25

13Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost its savor, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out and trodden under foot of men. 14Ye are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hid. 15Neither do men light a lamp, and put it under the bushel, but on the stand; and it shineth unto all that are in the house. 16Even so let your light shine before men; that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven. Matt.5:13-16

31Then saith Jesus unto them, All ye shall be offended in me this night: for it is written, I will smite the shepherd, and the sheep of the flock shall be scattered abroad. Matt. 26:31
15even as the Father knoweth me, and I know the Father; and I lay down my life for the sheep. John 10:15

1I am the true vine, and my Father is the husbandman. 2Every branch in me that beareth not fruit, he taketh it away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he cleanseth it, that it may bear more fruit. 3Already ye are clean because of the word which I have spoken unto you. 4Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; so neither can ye, except ye abide in me. 5I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same beareth much fruit: for apart from me ye can do nothing. 6If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and they gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned. 7If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ask whatsoever ye will, and it shall be done unto you. 8Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; and so shall ye be my disciples. 9Even as the Father hath loved me, I also have loved you: abide ye in my love. 10If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father's commandments, and abide in his love. 11These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy may be in you, and that your joy may be made full. 12This is my commandment, that ye love one another, even as I have loved you. 13Greater love hath no man than this, that a man lay down his life for his friends. 14Ye are my friends, if ye do the things which I command you. 15No longer do I call you servants; for the servant knoweth not what his lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I heard from my Father, I have made known unto you. 16Ye did not choose me, but I chose you, and appointed you, that ye should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should abide: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you. 17These things I command you, that ye may love one another. 18If the world hateth you, ye know that it hath hated me before it hated you. 19If ye were of the world, the world would love its own: but because ye are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you. 20Remember the word that I said unto you, A servant is not greater than his lord. If they persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they kept my word, they will keep yours also. 21But all these things will they do unto you for my name's sake, because they know not him that sent me. 22If I had not come and spoken unto them, they had not had sin: but now they have no excuse for their sin. 23He that hateth me hateth my Father also. 24If I had not done among them the works which none other did, they had not had sin: but now have they both seen and hated both me and my Father. 25But this cometh to pass, that the word may be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause. 26But when the Comforter is come, whom I will send unto you from the Father, even the Spirit of truth, which proceedeth from the Father, he shall bear witness of me: 27and ye also bear witness, because ye have been with me from the beginning. John 15

19I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven; and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.Matt. 16:19

43Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken away from you, and shall be given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. Matt.21:43

41They then that received his word were baptized: and there were added unto them in that day about three thousand souls. Acts 2:41
