Sunday Service March 20th, 2005
The Church Ministries
Bible Truth Christian Church
Good Morning my Brothers and sisters in our beloved Lord Jesus Christ. Yes our love and servant hood is for Christ and the Father. We welcome you all to the 67th Sunday Service for The Church Ministries we have been all growing letting the world drift, and we the children of God focusing on thankfulness and trying to live without ambition for this world of possessions and accomplishments. We are to serve Christ and carry our crosses in grace and in truth. Moses gave us the Law but now we live under the new covenant of becoming one with the Father and the Son. I have been in prayer this last week that all that hear and read my words will come to know God and the many blessings he rains upon us everyday. The Church Ministries stands out to give the lost healing and direction, pointing to the eternal life with Christ. That is why we receive blessings after blessings, a simple man with an idea to pack up everything and move 5,000 miles and set up a church without a building, only to have the church office set on a hill overlooking the pacific which we can relate words with the Spirits direction guidance and fortitude. A simple ordinary man that was driven to study day upon day the holy word, pushed to neglect the world, and learn also many other things like denominationalism of each church function. God gave this man the impulse to travel to seek out the truth from mountain to desert from city to city and from seashore to seashore to learn and then relate back to you the hearer, the reader or the speaker.
Dear Heavenly Father, we worship You and love You, we welcome You to this day of service, as we gather together with combined hearts with love and acceptance of our Lord Jesus. We are here to worship and praise Your name, with our spirits in truth. We also welcome the Holy Spirit to come amongst us and baptize us all with healings prosperity, joy, and contentment. We do what we can Lord to assemble together even though we are spread all over the world and through all different time zones, we are still gathering to praise You as an individual or groups or as our congregation or other congregations. We open our hearts to you and thank You for our lives and the way to eternity. Please be close to us Father, we want to stay as close as we can, please show us and discipline us of all our unknowing sins, so we can live holy lives for Your purpose, In Jesus Name, Amen
Therefore, since we have been made right in God's sight by faith, we have peace with God because of what Jesus Christ our Lord has done for us. Because of our faith, Christ has brought us into this place of highest privilege where we now stand, and we confidently and joyfully look forward to sharing God's glory. Rom 5:1-2 NLT
Truth stands the test of time; lies are soon exposed. Pro.12:19 NLT
We all must know what to believe there is so much more to the realm of Christendom then we can see in the normal, that is why we must exercise our spirit and continue to learn more to the life we live, we are servants and we need the knowledge to understand and learn everyway we can to please our Lord. Our Bible Truth Church has gone through many tested life experiences not to become motionless or inactive. Suffering can bring out many qualities to the application of life. Just as a drought forces the roots of a tree or bush to plunge deeper into the ground to find water, so suffering in turn can take us to a realm beyond external and internal acceptance of truth to complete the understanding and dependence on God for hope and life. We are a church to relate the gifts of God whether we suffer or have joy now, everything is done in truth.
These things I write to thee, hoping to come to thee more quickly; but if I delay, in order that thou mayest know how one ought to conduct oneself in God's house, which is [the] assembly of [the] living God, [the] pillar and base of the truth. 1Tim. 3:14-15 Darby
As we all know the truth never changes. Truth has a path of its own, setting the stage for all of time the past the present and the future. Since truth is parallel with God’s focus and force, God had the bible written so we can know the truth and keep it within our hearts. So truth formulates a heart to heart relationship that cannot be broken. If we remain in truth, live in truth and speak truth we form a shield around us, a covering that evil can not penetrate, evil is established as mostly lies, so if we have a lying man one will not be able to trust with truth. You ask yourself why people lie, to boast or hide sin. Remember how Jesus describes himself;
Jesus said to him, "I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me. John 14:6 NASB
Jesus is the way the only way the only path the only gate, the narrow road that leads to life and of course God the Father. Always remember the gate.
"Enter through the narrow gate; for the gate is wide and the way is broad that leads to destruction, and there are many who enter through it. "For the gate is small and the way is narrow that leads to life, and there are few who find it. Matt. 7:13-14 NASB
As we compare these scriptures we understand there is only one way, once we understand there is only one way, and again if we understand to always keep our minds open to learning we can always be taught, which in this day, the inner knowing relationship of Christ can not be learned in schools, we learn through the teaching of the Holy Spirit .
But Christ has blessed you with the Holy Spirit. Now the Spirit stays in you, and you don't need any teachers. The Spirit is truthful and teaches you everything. So stay one in your heart with Christ, just as the Spirit has taught you to do. 1John 2:27 CEV
We must want to  be taught and always have our minds open to the guidance of the Spirit we must never hold any pride with in our selves which could possibly form a wall or a block for us to ingest any such teaching, we all must accept criticism, discipline, and correction. We are humble always, always open to look forward to learning and wisdom from any form, but we always must relate any teaching against scripture the truth of God. We cannot fall into this world, we must remain set apart, we have to remember the words of Jesus, in Matt 24 the Church is faced with apostasy, this is prophecy, biblical prophecy which is more truth that we all must remain open. That is why we look to Christ and stay on the right path the way the truth and  the life, so we continue our destiny knowing the way, standing in truth, heading for eternal life in the light.
“Then you will be handed over to be persecuted and put to death, and you will be hated by all nations because of me. At that time many will turn away from the faith and will betray and hate each other, and many false prophets will appear and deceive many people. Because of the increase of wickedness, the love of most will grow cold, but he who stands firm to the end will be saved. And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come. Matt. 24:9-13 NIV
Here is what I want you to know. There will be terrible times in the last days. People will love themselves. They will love money. They will brag and be proud. They will tear others down. They will not obey their parents. They won't be thankful or holy. They won't love others. They won't forgive others. They will tell lies about people. They will be out of control. They will be wild. They will hate what is good. They will turn against their friends. They will act without thinking. They will think they are better than others. They will love what pleases them instead of loving God. They will act as if they were serving God. But what they do will show that they have turned their backs on God's power. Have nothing to do with those people. 2Tim.3:1-5 NIRV
We must remember the words of Jesus, we know some of us are facing persecution and all kinds of sufferings, we all must pray for one another, we are all apart of the same body. We know that God is raising up warriors to face the coming apostasy. God needs strong Christians to aid, help, comfort, minister, to those as the end approaches.  We must always be ready to strengthen the body no matter what is going on in our own lives we have to ease the suffering of others and join together to always strengthen the body.
But I also want you to think about how this keeps your significance from getting blown up into self-importance. For no matter how significant you are, it is only because of what you are a part of. An enormous eye or a gigantic hand wouldn't be a body, but a monster. What we have is one body with many parts, each its proper size and in its proper place. No part is important on its own. Can you imagine Eye telling Hand, "Get lost; I don't need you"? Or, Head telling Foot, "You're fired; your job has been phased out"? As a matter of fact, in practice it works the other way--the "lower" the part, the more basic, and therefore necessary. You can live without an eye, for instance, but not without a stomach. When it's a part of your own body you are concerned with, it makes no difference whether the part is visible or clothed, higher or lower. You give it dignity and honor just as it is, without comparisons. If anything, you have more concern for the lower parts than the higher. If you had to choose, wouldn't you prefer good digestion to full-bodied hair?
The way God designed our bodies is a model for understanding our lives together as a church: every part dependent on every other part, the parts we mention and the parts we don't, the parts we see and the parts we don't. If one part hurts, every other part is involved in the hurt, and in the healing. If one part flourishes, every other part enters into the exuberance. 1Cor. 12:19-26 MES

What is very important as Paul compares the body of Christ with the human body, so again we can have problems arise when some get proud of each of there abilities, plus we face jealousy when others want to have the gifts of others and still then again others think of themselves as they have nothing to give. There is where we make our mistakes we cannot compare ourselves with each other or start, maybe even judging one another or criticizing one another, or why is this person doing this, or that, remember, we all were made differently by God for a purpose. That is why each of us should be contented the way God made us. That to is so important, we may not see now if our influence makes a difference, we have lives of eternity, what we do on this earth may have nothing to do with what we do through eternity, so shout and praise God for who you are. You are all so important to God.
For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit. For the body is not one member, but many. 1Cor.12:12-14 KJV
Let us step back to Luke Chapter 2 now, here we have the greatest event in history, imagine the spectacle these humble Shepard’s saw, just tending to their flocks, watching the radiance of the Lords glorious announcement in the atmosphere watching the sky lighten up, by not only one angel but and army of angels (heavenly hosts) in the sky. Also considering the Orthodox members of Jerusalem looked down upon Shepherds as being unclean by strict ceremonial standards, but my brothers and sisters, what ever the world thinks or tries to make a clarification of you, remember, it is our God that loves us no matter who we are, and what we do for a living. Remember it was God that chose these Shepard’s to hear and see this announcement and see the majestic revelation of the birth of Christ. So my friends, the good news is spreading to everyone, no matter what they do, including the simple plain and ordinary. If you have a humble heart and stand in truth, you never know what God will show you, you do not need extra qualifications or have to be in the upper lives of society, so you see family everyone is important whether you think you are or not. We all are pieces to a puzzle that make a beautiful finished tapered product of the Body of Christ.
That night in the fields near Bethlehem some shepherds were guarding their sheep. All at once an angel came down to them from the Lord, and the brightness of the Lord's glory flashed around them. The shepherds were frightened. But the angel said, "Don't be afraid! I have good news for you, which will make everyone happy. This very day in King David's hometown a Savior was born for you. He is Christ the Lord. You will know who he is, because you will find him dressed in baby clothes and lying on a bed of hay." Suddenly many other angels came down from heaven and joined in praising God. They said: "Praise God in heaven! Peace on earth to everyone who pleases God." Luke 2:8-14 CEV
Our next subject will be we must accept each other. We all must remember we are all growing in Christ, we are learning more and more as our spirit changes, also, we cannot have any reasons not to accept another believer, and it would be the same as not accepting Christ. rom 15-7
Therefore accept one another, just as the Messiah also accepted you, to the glory of God. Rom. 15:7 HCSB
Welcome and receive [to your hearts] one another, then, even as Christ has welcomed and received you, for the glory of God. Rom. 15:7 AMP
If we are carrying in our hearts Jesus, we should all be accepted within the body to amplify the growth of body. We are all growing in faith to become more like Christ and we have all eternity to become more like Christ. So we must not carry any what so ever discrimination against anyone, in fact, we are to love others more than ourselves.
Don't be selfish; don't live to make a good impression on others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourself. Don't think only about your own affairs, but be interested in others, too, and what they are doing. Phil. 2:3-4 NIV
We are also facing much opposition while we are doing Gods work we can expect many obstacles, that is another reason we should join hands and help one another as evil faces attack principle points in the Body of Christ. We all know the closer we get to the return of Christ, the anti- Christian forces are growing also, that is why we must continue to pray for one another, help one another, and love one another as Christ has given us this instruction.
Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. 2Tim. 3:12 NASB
All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness; so that the man of God may be adequate, equipped for every good work. 2Tim. 3:16-17 NASB
Now the Spirit expressly says that in latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron, forbidding to marry, and commanding to abstain from foods which God created to be received with thanksgiving by those who believe and know the truth. For every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be refused if it is received with thanksgiving; for it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer. 1Tim. 4:1-5 NKJV
For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. 2Tim. 4:3-5 NASB
So now I am giving you a new commandment: Love each other. Just as I have loved you, you should love each other. Your love for one another will prove to the world that you are my disciples." John 13:34-35 NIV
Dear Lord, we just want to thank You for all the things that have been happening to the church, and Father please stay with us all through the whole week, we are fighting all kinds of different evils, please give us the strength to fight against all darkness, grant us the light of Your Son to be upon us all the time, we need the light and the word please continue to lead us through this world of misconceptions, and keep us strong with health and constantly learning the truth. In the Holy Name of Jesus, Amen and Amen.
