Good morning to everyone from Hawaii, and to the far reaches of the world, we hope that we all can hear and see the beauty and love that is in Christ Jesus our Lord, through the loyalty and honor we are able to give to all mankind with additional compassion, mixed with all our prayers and comfort we are able to give to all of the world toward all the countries, and our States, and to the remotest parts of the planet.
Dear Heavenly Father, we come to you this day with our hearts opened, and I know I am a sinner, and as you say in your word in 1John 1:9 if we confess our sins, we will be forgiven. I ask for the love and strength of Jesus to be with us this day, and we all have to stand on the promises of your word, and we all believe and trust in them all. And we know that You will guide us through whatever storm that we may all be going through. We are in your arms Father. We love you Jesus with all my heart, Please help me with this service today, to complete it, and to give the true bread of Life, to all that need You. I am sorry for being so sick, and I should have more assurance, and more strength to stand firm against the enemy, and I am sorry my mind is not as it should be with the bad news I received on Thursday, I do know You will help me lead this congregation today. I am so troubled and the tears are rolling down my face. But we all have to do what we think is the truth through Your righteousness and Your strength, and to follow it no matter what. We have to press on to the mark, we have to keep the truth through pure faith, we hope the best for this church and congregation that You Father will give me the power to be able to teach a suitable sermon that You would want me to teach, I have a loving and open heart and this whole church is built on Love and the promises of You Father, and what your Son has done for us, and will shine in our hearts and faces no matter what the adversary throws at us. We all wanted your church to succeed and we don’t want to fail you. Please be with us as we worship You in Spirit and in Truth. Please have Your Holy Spirit guide us, and anoint us all. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.
Please turn your bibles to the book of 1 Cor.15
But thanks be to God! He gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.
Therefore, my dear brothers, stand firm. Let nothing move you. Always give yourselves fully to the work of the Lord, because you know that your labor in the Lord is not in vain.1Cor.15:57-58 NIV
Satan may have won in the Garden of Eden, but God turned Satan’s victory into a defeat, when our Lord Jesus was resurrected from the grave which gave us all victory over death, suffering, and fear. So my brothers and sisters death has been defeated, and all our hopes and dreams lie in the hands of our loving Jesus Christ! Paul is trying to explain that all that we do and think is not worthless when it comes to serving the Lord. There may be at times that we don’t see any changes, but the changes are there the Lord moves in spirit, something we just don’t see at times. And a lot of us get discouraged at times when we don’t see things working with our normal 5 senses. But this is where we have to stand on the promises of God because God cannot lie. Death is gone and we all have that blessed hope of life beyond the grave. We know that we can’t all follow the law; we know we are all sinners, but we have an advocate our Lord Jesus Christ.
God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind.
Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill? Num. 23:19 NIV
"I the LORD do not change. So you, O descendants of Jacob, are not destroyed. Mal.3:6 NIV
This letter is from Paul, a slave of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ. I have been sent to bring faith to those God has chosen and to teach them to know the truth that shows them how to live godly lives. This truth gives them the confidence of eternal life, which God promised them before the world began--and he cannot lie. Titus 1:1-2 NLT
He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; for he is not a man, that he should change his mind." 1 Sam 15:29 NIV
To declare that the LORD is upright;
He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him. Psalm 92:15 NASB
For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect? Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it is written: "That You may be justified in Your words, And may overcome when You are judged." Rom 3:3-4 NKJV
God is not unjust; he will not forget your work and the love you have shown him as you have helped his people and continue to help them. Heb. 6:10 NIV
Every good thing given and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shifting shadow.
In the exercise of His will He brought us forth by the word of truth, so that we would be a kind of first fruits among His creatures. James 1:17-18 NIV
I know how it is to have troubles and go though pain and suffering, because my story is quiet startling. My trials, with compounded added spiritual warfare because of being a church pastor and a devoted prayer warrior, I am a target for the evil one. So with the bible knowledge, the Holy Spirit, and love for all people, I can still help though preaching the word, even though I have additional burdens, and I know my Lord will rescue me. It is God’s promise to everyone who has faith. But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. (James 1:22) We have to only trust in the Lord with the dealings of any affliction. "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me. (John 14:1) I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; (2Tim. 4:7) and I know that I will be with Christ whether in this world, or the next. It is not whether we are ready to do things for Christ, but whether we are set to do just as heartily anything He may give us to do. I am able to respond to prayer, and preach Sunday sermons and this is what our Lord has chosen me to do at this time. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. (Phil 4:13). Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. (Rom. 8:37) The heart of absorption is not a devotion to this or that kind of service for God, but it is a devotion to His divine will. It may not be any form of activity, sometimes it is quiet waiting or listening. "Be still, and know that I am God; (Psalm 46:10a) Our service may not be bringing a great many souls to Christ, or visiting many sick and suffering ones, preaching the word on the street or the parks, or attending many bible studies or meetings. Some fatigued person that is shut away in the shadows, in a chamber of pain, or in there prayer closet, may be illustrating true absorption to our Lord far more beautifully than those whose hands are fullest in the reality of Christian work, with many activities going from here to there. Our attention is a devotion to the will of Christ. It is not the readiness to do, not what “we” want to do in His service, but what He gives us to do. Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Prov. 3:5-6) We have come to share in Christ if we hold firmly till the end the confidence we had at first. (Heb 3:14) For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. (Eph. 2:10) For I am confident of this very thing, that He who began a good work in you will perfect it until the day of Christ Jesus. (Phil. 1:6)
I am glad when I suffer for you in my body, for I am completing what remains of Christ's sufferings for his body, the church. God has given me the responsibility of serving his church by proclaiming his message in all its fullness to you Gentiles. This message was kept secret for centuries and generations past, but now it has been revealed to His own holy people. For it has pleased God to tell his people that the riches and glory of Christ are for you Gentiles, too. For this is the secret: “Christ lives in you,” and this is your assurance that you will share in his glory.
So everywhere we go, we tell everyone about Christ. We warn them and teach them with all the wisdom God has given us, for we want to present them to God, perfect in their relationship to Christ. I work very hard at this, as I depend on Christ's mighty power that works within me. Col.1:24-29 NLT
So my brothers and sisters we all know through these scriptures that God cannot Lie, God wants the best for us he cares more for us then we ourselves can comprehend, He answers our prayers he helps us in time of need and He is always there for us. We may not see the Lord but He is there watching our every move, and he can read all our thoughts and feelings, he contains all these wonderful attributes, which are love, holiness, constancy, justice, truth, eternality, omniscience (all Knowing) omnipresence (all present) and omnipotence (all powerful) so with all these qualities in our Lord and with extreme care and love for us how could we ever doubt the Living God. Our hearts should always be open with full love in return, He knows when we get angry, and he knows when we get upset, and he knows that if we do not forgive someone that has deeply hurt us, He will know it, and how can He forgive us if we don’t forgive others. We are all human and when someone hurts us sometimes it takes a little more time for us to forgive. We are living in these fleshly bodies and we have also a mind that can be hurt, but all of us will come to the truth, our God can truly understand us, and he knows the pain and the suffering that we go through, but we have to conquer this partial time that it takes between the fleshly forgiveness, and launch our spirits to know that all things work out for good to those who love God. God does give us that time of morning and the time to forgive, he understands us, and if we are in the dark at times the true light of God will shine though, and we will get over the injustice or what ever has happened to us, as in human terms time heals all wounds, but as Christians we all have to be over comers, we have to stand on what God has promised for us. He is with us always, and some of us that are trying to do extra work for the Lord, we come across paths that the evil one wants to get rid of us or to make us do things, or think things that we shouldn’t. Which is in another sense a category we call spiritual warfare. And as the evil one throws in these thoughts of doubt, and misconceptions, we have to again have to stand on the promises of God, we are not of this world, we may be living in it, but we can’t love the things in the world.
Do not love the world nor the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh and the lust of the eyes and the boastful pride of life, is not from the Father, but is from the world.
The world is passing away, and also its lusts; but the one who does the will of God lives forever. 1John 2:15-17 NASB
So my bothers and sisters, we have to hold fast on the promises of God no matter what we are going through, we just can’t give up, we might be going through life threatening circumstances, but we cannot lose faith or even doubt for a minute or a second. That is why the promises are written for us in the bible, the real truth.
Our great desire is that you will keep right on loving others as long as life lasts, in order to make certain that what you hope for will come true. Then you will not become spiritually dull and indifferent. Instead, you will follow the example of those who are going to inherit God's promises because of their faith and patience. Heb. 6:11-12 NLT
But flee from these things, you man of God, and pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, perseverance and gentleness. Fight the good fight of faith; take hold of the eternal life to which you were called, and you made the good confession in the presence of many witnesses. 1Tim 6:11-2
I added this scripture because my weight loss, and all the other tests, do not look very good, but we have to keep are faith, and do not fear at all the death of our earthly bodies, and constantly look forward to be in the hands of our Lord. As we all look forward to be in a place of total peace and tranquility, with pure love.
Therefore, brothers, since we have confidence to enter the Most Holy Place by the blood of Jesus, by a new and living way opened for us through the curtain, that is, his body, and since we have a great priest over the house of God, let us draw near to God with a sincere heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled to cleanse us from a guilty conscience and having our bodies washed with pure water. Let us hold unswervingly to the hope we profess, for he who promised is faithful. Heb. 10:19-23 NIV
Our great desire is that you will keep right on loving others as long as life lasts, in order to make certain that what you hope for will come true. Then you will not become spiritually dull and indifferent. Instead, you will follow the example of those who are going to inherit God's promises because of their faith and patience. Heb. 6:11-12 NLT
So we are always confident, knowing that while we are at home in the body we are absent from the Lord. For We Walk By Faith, Not By Sight. We are confident, yes, well pleased rather to be absent from the body and to be present with the Lord. 2Cor. 5:6-8 NKJV
It is so important to listen to what the word of God says, we are not looking at a simple book, we are looking at the bible of truth, and through study of the bible and the words that are involved we must act on the words, we must put our faith in action, we just can’t read the words, we have to be doers of the word, with a firm and ultimate belief with our attitudes and our behavior.
Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like a man who looks at his face in a mirror and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. But the man who looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues to do this, not forgetting what he has heard, but doing it--he will be blessed in what he does. James1:22-25 NIV
What good is it, my brothers, if a man claims to have faith but has no deeds? Can such faith save him? Suppose a brother or sister is without clothes and daily food. If one of you says to him, "Go, I wish you well; keep warm and well fed," but does nothing about his physical needs, what good is it? In the same way, faith by itself, if it is not accompanied by action, is dead.
But someone will say, “You have faith; I have deeds.”
Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by what I do.
You believe that there is one God. Good! Even the demons believe that–and shudder.
You foolish man, do you want evidence that faith without deeds is useless? Was not our ancestor Abraham considered righteous for what he did when he offered his son Isaac on the altar? You see that his faith and his actions were working together, and his faith was made complete by what he did. And the scripture was fulfilled that says, "Abraham believed God, and it was credited to him as righteousness," and he was called God's friend. You see that a person is justified by what he does and not by faith alone.
In the same way, was not even Rahab the prostitute considered righteous for what she did when she gave lodging to the spies and sent them off in a different direction? As the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without deeds is dead. James 2:14-26 NIV
Having true faith takes us to a different level; it changes us, our attitudes, commitments, demeanor and our thoughts. We just can’t go on with our lives unchanged, we have to have the action within ourselves to know the truth, and have confidence in our Lord. We all know we cannot earn our salvation with deeds and serving, our salvation is a gift. our actions and our devotions to our Lord and His people are an added commitment to illustrate to our God that our intentions are real, and that with our salvation included we further our faith and love. We also know our deeds or ministry work or going to church is not a substitute for our salvation, but it is an added confirmation of our faith and love to our Lord Jesus Christ.
Well, how much more do I need to say? It would take too long to recount the stories of the faith of Gideon, Barak, Samson, Jephthah, David, Samuel, and all the prophets. By faith these people overthrew kingdoms, ruled with justice, and received what God had promised them. They shut the mouths of lions, quenched the flames of fire, and escaped death by the edge of the sword. Their weakness was turned to strength. They became strong in battle and put whole armies to flight. Heb 11:32-34 NLT
My prayers will continue with kindness of heart with true unselfish and benevolent intention and commitment towards you all. It is my desire and to bring peace, and true heart that I still can preach and pray for you all, and show the care and understanding of how I can express my devotion and thankfulness towards the love of God, and all that are suffering. Therefore, as God's chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience. And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity. (Col. 3:12, 14) Many waters cannot quench love, neither can the floods drown it: (Song 8:7a). So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand. (Isa. 41:10) For the LORD God is a sun and shield; the LORD bestows favor and honor; no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless. (Psalm 84:11) Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go." (Joshua 1:9) No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it. (1Cor. 10:13)
We had to pray with a woman last Sunday that has more or less been saving my life for all this time, she runs a produce area in front of a large store, and she knows my situation, and she also gave me all the deals on produce, which to be perfectly honest she has helped me to stay alive, and this large store just kicked here out right there today, and she was in tears after prayer, it was like her whole life was shattered, and she didn’t even know where to go. And she filled up my cart for about ten bucks, which will sustain me for quite awhile, and she was the type with full compassion and she took very good care of me knowing I have to eat out of a blender, but the food has to have nutrition in it, it not only broke my heart but also hers, and she was just a kind lady helping many.
Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you. Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings. And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. To him be the power for ever and ever. Amen. 1Pet. 5:7-11NIV.
Well my bothers and sisters I have went through the most troublesome times, and it is not even over, My weight is 130 with my clothes on and as we approach 9 months of not eating, I am anemic and my immune system is not functioning properly, and I have had all these blood tests and still now I found out that I also have an unknown yeast infection that I have to wait another week to find out more testing. Thursday was the hardest day that I have ever had to go through, but what are we supposed to do, give it all to God, sit at His feet and tell him that we love him and trust him. Jesus went through so much pain and suffering for us so we can have life even after death, so then why am I feeling like this? I am being persecuted by man. And it is very hard, but we have to stand on the promises of God.
Surely he took up our infirmities and carried our sorrows, yet we considered him stricken by God, smitten by him, and afflicted. But he was pierced for our transgressions,
he was crushed for our iniquities; the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,
and by his wounds we are healed. Isa. 53:4-5 NIV
Click here to add text. This was to fulfill what was spoken through Isaiah the prophet: " HE HIMSELF TOOK OUR INFIRMITIES AND CARRIED AWAY OUR DISEASES." Matt.8:17 NASB
To me these two scriptures work together for me, even though I am going through a life threatening situation it shouldn’t matter, I must give it all to Him. To live by the moment and to forgive all the people that hurt, or persecute you.
" If the world hates you, you know that it has hated Me before it hated you. "If you were of the world, the world would love its own; but because you are not of the world, but I chose you out of the world, because of this the world hates you. "Remember the word that I said to you, ' A slave is not greater than his master.' If they persecuted Me, they will also persecute you; if they kept My word, they will keep yours also. John 15:18-20 NASB
"Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me.” Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you. Matt.5:10-12
Buy this scripture alone I should be jumping up and down, by the way of all these weeks of treatment, and the months prior to all of this, I am so deeply hurt and I know the Lord will pull me through, I have to say it with my mouth, just like when we confess with our mouths that Jesus as lord, and then we believe in our hearts that god raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
Indeed, all who desire to live godly in Christ Jesus will be persecuted. 2Tim 3:12 NASB
Through these he has given us his very great and precious promises, so that through them you may participate in the divine nature and escape the corruption in the world caused by evil desires.2Pet.1:4 NIV
Suffer hardship with me, as a good soldier of Christ Jesus.
No soldier in active service entangles himself in the affairs of everyday life, so that he may please the one who enlisted him as a soldier.
Also if anyone competes as an athlete, he does not win the prize unless he competes according to the rules.2Tim 2:3-5 NASB
The hard-working farmer ought to be the first to receive his share of the crops.
Consider what I say, for the Lord will give you understanding in everything. 2Tim. 6-7 NASB
For this reason I endure all things for the sake of those who are chosen, so that they also may obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus and with it eternal glory. 2Tim 2:10 NASB
For no matter how many promises God has made, they are "Yes" in Christ. And so through him the "Amen" is spoken by us to the glory of God. Now it is God who makes both us and you stand firm in Christ. He anointed us, set his seal of ownership on us, and put his Spirit in our hearts as a deposit, guaranteeing what is to come. 2Cor 1:20-22
"I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch in me that bears no fruit, while every branch that does bear fruit he prunes so that it will be even more fruitful. You are already clean because of the word I have spoken to you. Remain in me, and I will remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me.
"I am the vine; you are the branches. If a man remains in me and I in him, he will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing. If anyone does not remain in me, he is like a branch that is thrown away and withers; such branches are picked up, thrown into the fire and burned. If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you. John 15: 1-7 NIV
Let us all come to know the truth of these scriptures we all what to be productive and some of us are not, in this explanation of the vine is all about us and if we are part of the vine, and part of Christ we will be able to ask what we wish, according to God’s will. But we are to stay in the vine and to hold on to Christ and let him blossom us into what we are supposed to be. We have to get rid of our own ambitions and to seek only His, I myself am not perfect, and I maintain to be in the fullness of Christ, but at times of being hurt, I feel as if I am falling off the vine. Being unhealthy really is no excuse, because God has supplied me with everything I have needed. I can’t physically do the things I used to do, but He has chosen me a path in which to follow, and at times I fall short, many of us do. The grapevine is a productive, creative and plentiful plant; a single part of the vines bears much fruit. The branches as we know them are in essence followers of Christ. So the branches that are the most fruitful are the true believers in Christ, by living close to Christ, following in His direction, teaching, and his Love. But you have to look at the other branches, some become barren idle, unfruitful, desolate, and some of these branches turn back from following our Lord. So there forms a separation between man and Christ. So you see if we become one of these classes of branches then we will be cut off and tossed aside, just like the good fish and the bad fish in Matt. 13. It is the basic principle of a real tree, some are cut away that are dead and then some are pruned so that the branches make more branches and bear a beauty of fruit and a healthy and progressive vine. And in another way to look at the vine the bad are cut away, because they will contaminate or destroy the rest of the vine. So the pruning that God makes has a reason behind it all to make us grow more. God can do this with an act of testing our faith or disciplining us to give us more strength then we already have. It does hurt as God prunes us but it is up to us to understand that it is to better for us all, not to hurt us. Many times I feel like Job, but we all know how the story ends. To be fruitful is to have more of the essence of Christ to be as one with Christ, to be a productive Christian, with the faith of strength and to be able to stand firm on what God promises us. Faith in Him has an awful amount to do with our lives, trusting in the word, and being guided by the Spirit. Others try to go off on their own and try to do this or that for the goodness of mankind, but the point remains we are to follow the Lord’s direction, do we communicate with Him regularly, we have to remained attached to Him in all ways and essence with our souls, hearts, minds, with real meaning of being emotionally involved to the vine. We can’t do anything on our own without Him, He is all in all. Then we have to ask ourselves are we caught up in the world, worrying about this or that, we will not be part of the vine, and we will be lost forever. So my brothers and sisters we are to stand on the promises of God, and be as close as we can to the living God Jesus Christ. He is the vine and we are the branches, the vine feeds the branches. And God takes care of the tree.
