Good morning my fellow friends loved ones, prayer partners, people who have gone on to heaven who were very close to me. I welcome all new visitors and return visitors, plus the staff who are wonderful, and the pastors that copy some of my sermons and prayers for their own congregations, this way we together can spread the Good News to people in hard to reach areas in certain countries- when the congregation walks home deep into different directions- they take with them the knowledge of Christ and share it to others in their own neighborhoods. There are so many people I wish to welcome to probably one of my last sermons. I try to do what is right and all I am doing is wasting away, I have to get out there and do more for others. I suffer so much weakness, last week I had to go out and walk downtown three times, by Friday I was exhausted I slept from Thursday afternoon late till Saturday morning. I couldn’t do anything, I was up- set because my blood pressure was so low, 80 something over 60 something, at least that is what I remember, it could be anything that day, I have been under attack so bad that I don’t even use my computer as much as I used to, because it still keeps messing up, and causes more stress, I have so much stress now, I can’t take away the future that is placed before me, I have to think about my blood pressure, the pain in my mouth, now with the new dentures, my glands start to swell when I put them in. My back is in pain, and I don’t know the future of that either. I have to change my prescription drug company, and I have been waiting all week for an answer, and now I am getting so sick over this, plus now they want to change my doctors, because they made up this new plan, so Feb 1st I will be issued a new doctor, and I love my doctor, and the whole staff, the thing is, I didn’t think there was not enough doctors to go around in this area. And I have seen many upon many doctors, and I have many horror stories. There has been 4-5 doctors that were nice, the rest well the stories have been written as all these years have passed, some I have talked about, and some, I added into the announcements, not all of them are written down, but through my life, there were many, and I took many trips to Honolulu, for a specialist, a few did help, and others where nice but some did not know anything about the mouth. Plus the fact I would go to this special clinic where doctors would fly in once a month. I saw many doctors there also, so instead of me going to Honolulu they would come to Hilo. So all in all I am a man who lives by faith, but to take away a Christian doctor that prays with me and cares for me, and has a special heart for me, and cares with love and compassion, why do I have to change doctors? Plus the staff and the head girl Linda are always there for me, and she cares and has true feelings for me also- and Thursday she gave me a big hug goodbye. I am broken hearted over this whole thing. So there goes my Thanksgiving and my Christmas and New Years, I know God will have His way- but I need a miracle. [Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.] (Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV) [And Jesus said unto them, Because of your unbelief: for verily I say unto you, If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, ye shall say unto this mountain, Remove hence to yonder place; and it shall remove; and nothing shall be impossible unto you.] (Matt. 17:20 KJV) You see if none of anything bad ever happened to me, with so many doctors I would not have this cloud over my head. If I have to go through more stress and more suffering with a new doctor, I will not make it this time if I am a prideful. One doctor had me shaking so bad, I almost had a breakdown. I could not count how many times I left a doctors office in tears. I don’t want to speak negatively about anyone, they have all been forgiven. The pictures in my mind are still there I have tried to forget or blacken them out of my mind, but some of them I feared for my life. When something bad has happened to you even as a Christian, it is awful hard to forget the treatment I was given, from the nightmares bringing them back to memory. [And again I say unto you, It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God. When his disciples heard it, they were exceedingly amazed, saying, Who then can be saved? But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible. Then answered Peter and said unto him, Behold, we have forsaken all, and followed thee; what shall we have therefore? And Jesus said unto them, Verily I say unto you, That ye which have followed me, in the regeneration when the Son of man shall sit in the throne of his glory, ye also shall sit upon twelve thrones, judging the twelve tribes of Israel. And every one that hath forsaken houses, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my name's sake, shall receive an hundredfold, and shall inherit everlasting life. But many that are first shall be last; and the last shall be first.] (Matt. 19:24-30 KJV) [Jesus answered and said unto them, Verily I say unto you, If ye have faith, and doubt not, ye shall not only do this which is done to the fig tree, but also if ye shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; it shall be done. And all things, whatsoever ye shall ask in prayer, believing, ye shall receive.] (Matt. 21:21-22 KJV) [So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many be called, but few chosen.] (Matt. 20:16 KJV) I understand to trust God only and don’t let man bother your thinking, God has made me a man, one who can help others, which I hope someday someone will be reading this and know for sure that you can always trust God more then man. I should find my inner joy from the Lord, and not let the devil make things worse then they seem. I love God, and I hope He finds me worthy to be with Him eternally. How can I get to people across the world to believe in Jesus Christ? To really know Him and share things with Him, and be much more like Him. But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ. Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ, And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith: That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death; If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead. Not as though I had already attained, either were already perfect: but I follow after, if that I may apprehend that for which also I am apprehended of Christ Jesus. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Let us therefore, as many as be perfect, be thus minded: and if in any thing ye be otherwise minded, God shall reveal even this unto you. (Phil. 3:7-15 KJV) Let us all praise the Lord!!
Opening Prayer
Dear Heavenly Father, Thank You for letting me survive another week, this week has been of the rough, Yesterday I never thought I was going to preach again, we need all Christians to gain power and love from all over the world from the resurrected Christ our Savior and friend Jesus. Dear Jesus, we worship You and thank You for everything You have done for us, and even though we were sinners You still cared for us and laid down Your life for us and let yourself be lifted up to suffer and die for all of us, and You have walked out of Your temporary tomb to give us all eternal life to share with You. We praise Your Name Holy Jesus, we all can’t experience and put into words how we feel about the love You have shared with us. Father we worship You and cannot thank You enough for letting Your closest thing to Your heart go and have the worlds sins put upon Your Son and You had the understanding and the feelings in Your heart what Your Son has went through and experienced- all the pain from others and all the criticism and the howling and all the terrible words, and Your Son loved us all and came to meet the crowds and the few that understood Jesus’ heart, He came to teach us a new way of life from You Father, Jesus taught us to focus on You through His teaching and suffering. When Jesus had to leave us and go to be back with You, You both sent the comforter the Holy Spirit to live in us to guide us and direct us back to You also. Thank You for the life of Jesus and the power of His resurrection about 2,000 years ago, My Lord we love You with pure love, and we are nurturing our spirits to become at one with You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit, that is all we need, we do not need anything from this world, all we need is the closeness and love of You and Your Son Jesus and the fellowship of the Holy Spirit. Everyday is a glorious day for all of us, when we learn to be like Christ- and I know it is a glorious day for You, Jesus and the Holy Spirit. Please be with us this service please hold us in Your arms and please let us feel all Your presence throughout all computers, screens, gatherings, assemblies, Sunday Services, or Wednesday night services, or any Sunday school class, any teaching or education across the world- all over, and maybe just with the words of someone reading this prayer to You Father, we just thank You that we are simple Christians, and a blessing Your children can be heard. We love You all, In Jesus Name, Amen

A Spiritually Flourishing Life
What are the essentials of a growing mature intimate love relationship with Jesus Christ?
Christ is the author of God’s kind of life in the believer. It is the normal Christian life.
Vance Havner once said, “We are so subnormal that if we came up to normal, the world would think we were abnormal.” And so it does.
In order to have God’s kind of life we must become acutely aware of our spiritual need.
And seeing the multitudes, he went up into a mountain: and when he was set, his disciples came unto him: And he opened his mouth, and taught them, saying, Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness' sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you. Ye are the salt of the earth: but if the salt have lost his savour, wherewith shall it be salted? it is thenceforth good for nothing, but to be cast out, and to be trodden under foot of men. Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid. THERE MUST BE AN AWARENESS OF OUR SPIRITUAL NEED.
Has the Holy Spirit made me aware of my spiritual poverty?
Jesus said, “Blessed are the poor in spirit, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven” (Matthew 5:30). Jesus used a powerful word for “poverty” meaning such a person would literally starve to death if he doesn’t get immediate sustenance. The person described is an absolute pauper; he is the lowest kind of beggar. His life depends upon his begging for every piece of food.
Of course, Jesus wasn’t speaking of physical needs, but spiritual poverty. We can’t even become Christians without a sense of our spiritual poverty. Every individual must come to a deep consciousness of his sinfulness and a realization that without Christ he is lost and does not know the Way, the Truth and the Life.
Therefore, we must each one turn from our sins and unbelief and ask Jesus Christ to be our Savior. [But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name: Which were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God.] (John 1:12-13 KJV).
This is how our new life in Christ begins, but it does not end there. It is only the beginning. Jesus came to give us more than an insurance policy. He came to give us abundant life which is the kind of life God has.
Are you thirsty?
Moreover, this principle of realizing our spiritual poverty is not only true of the person who has never become a Christian, but it is also true of believers. We grow spiritually as we become aware of our personal needs and turn them over the Christ. John 7:37 refers to Jesus in the Temple on the last day of the great feast of the Tabernacles. On the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’ But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified" (John 7:37-39).
Psalm 63:1-2, vividly reminds us of this truth.
Oh God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly;
My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You,
In a dry and weary land where there is no water.
Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary,
To see Your power and Your glory.
Do you have this spiritual hunger to be more like Jesus Christ? Do you thirst for a more intimate fellowship with Christ? Hungering and thirsting leads us to true happiness.
THERE MUST BE AGONY OF THE SOUL BECAUSE OF THE AWARENESS OF OUR NEED.
Have you mourned over your spiritual poverty?
“Blessed are those who mourn, for they shall be comforted” (Matthew 5:4). Jesus used a strong word meaning to mourn as if one is mourning for the dead. The conviction of spiritual need becomes so powerful in the soul that the individual mourns over his condition. It is to feel the pain, sting, and hurt of the realization that I am not as good as I thought I was. There is a sense of spiritual poverty and the agony of it.
Have you died to self-interest, selfishness and arrogant pride? Dying to self is a painful process. But death to self is the way to the fullness of life in Christ.
There is no other way but the way of the cross. Have I grieved and mourned over my spiritual condition? Do I see myself as a dead man? Do I mourn spiritually over my spiritual need as one who mourns over the death of a loved one? “Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires” (Galatians 5:24). Previously Paul had stated, “I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me” (2:20).
Not only must we become aware of our spiritual need, and grieve over it, we must abandon ourselves to Jesus Christ. There is awareness of our need, agony over it and abandonment to Christ as our only hope.
THERE MUST BE ABANDONMENT TO THE SAVIOR.
Has the Holy Spirit brought you to the place where you are sick of self? Our narcissistic filled society puts the emphasis on I, me and mine. We must come to the end of our selfishness. Our fleshy, sinful nature wants to worship self rather than the Lord Jesus Christ.
The apostle Paul in Romans 6:13 says, “do not go on presenting the members of your body to sin as instruments of unrighteousness; but present yourselves to God as those alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God.”
One of the verses that have true value after I committed my life to Christ was in Romans 12:1-2. [Therefore I urge you, brethren, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies a living and holy sacrifice, acceptable to God, which is your spiritual service of worship. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect.]
Such a spiritual transformation comes through an intense hunger and thirst for God. Do I hunger and thirst for God’s righteousness? Jesus said, [Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be satisfied] (Matthew 5:6). It is to have such an intense hunger and thirst that you want the whole thing. You want the last bit of bread and the last drop of water because you are so thirsty. Do you want the righteousness of God in like manner?
In Matthew 6:33, Jesus said, [But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be added to you.] Do Christ and His righteousness have the highest priority in my life? Do I want at all personal costs to be in a right relationship with God?
There must be a wholehearted unreserved abandonment to Jesus Christ. Am I willing to get serious with God and the Christian life? The normal Christian life is one in which the Holy Spirit is appropriated by faith to reveal Christ at work in us.
What is the spiritual need the Holy Spirit keeps pointing to in my life? Am I willing to agonize and grieve over the awareness of that need? Have I abandoned myself to Jesus Christ as the only hope for spiritual vitality? Am I willing to appropriate the presence of the Holy Spirit moment by moment?
THERE MUST BE THE APPROPRIATION BY FAITH OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
It is not legalism
Our fellowship with the Spirit of God is by faith, and not by works. [This is the only thing I want to find out from you: did you receive the Spirit by the works of the Law, or by hearing with faith?] (Galatians 3:2) One of the great lessons we learn in Paul’s letter to the church at Galatia is that the Spirit does not respond to methods, programs and man’s gimmicks. He is a person and He must be treated as a person.
It is a daily blessing.
It is not a “second blessing” type of experience. It is a daily blessing. It is our response to the Holy Spirit creating in our lives a hunger for Christ to be greatest part of our lives. Has the Holy Spirit revealed Christ in you? Has He revealed Christ deep in your inner soul?
The apostle Paul prayed for the church at Ephesus that God “would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man; so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God.” Then at that point Paul just breaks out with a great doxology. “Now to Him who is able to do exceeding abundantly beyond all that we ask or think, according to the power that works within us, to Him be the glory in the church and in Christ Jesus to all generations forever and ever. Amen” (Ephesians 3:16-21).
Paul couldn’t find words fast enough to communicate what was flashing through his mind. Literally, “But to Him who is able above all things to do exceedingly above . . .” God’s blessings exceed some number or measure, over and above, more than necessary. It is intensified by adding a preposition ek, adding “the idea of exhaustlessness,” and huper, “above.” His grace goes “beyond all things, superabundantly, and over and above.” Marvelous is God’s provision. And just to think, these promises are good forever. This grace will never come to an end.
Jesus was led by the Spirit into the wilderness to be severely tested. He was tempted to use the power of the Spirit to change stones into bread to satisfy His real hunger. Why did Jesus refuse to do so? He knew that the power that filled Him was power to do the Father’s will, not His own will. The presence of the Holy Spirit equipped Him to triumphantly complete the mission His Father had given Him to do, even if that involved hunger, pain and suffering. He had nothing to prove and nothing to lose.
Simon the magician in Acts 8:9-23 was a crude dude who wanted lights, camera, and action. Now he would have done just the opposite of Christ. He would have been prime time news tonight.
By simple faith we receive the fullness of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Spirit equips us to fulfill God’s eternal purpose in our lives. In that equipping process the Holy Spirit changes us to the image and likeness of Christ so that we can be His messengers to a lost and dying world.
Jesus said, [Blessed are the gentle, for they shall inherit the earth] (Matthew 3:5). This “gentleness” of which Jesus speaks is strength. It is the strength of a wild stallion under perfect control of its bridle. It is the absence of pride. It is power under control. Such a person is a God–controlled man. He is under the control of the Holy Spirit.
The Spirit–controlled life is a complete breach with the old ways of life dominated by our sinful nature. It demands faith and commitment to Christ. It is a call to continual reliance on the Holy Spirit for daily living. On the negative side, the crucifixion of the flesh is not something any one of us can do by ourselves. We need help. The Helper comes along our side to give us His strength.
The exchanged life is a life of faith.
Just as we were saved by faith in Christ, we also live the Christian life by faith in Him. It is by simple faith that we live from day to day the kind of life that pleases Him.
The apostle Paul in Romans 8:13 said, “If you are living according to the flesh, you must die; but if by the Spirit you are putting to death the deeds of the body, you will live.” Paul is reminding us that this is a continual reliance on the person of the Holy Spirit who dwells within our bodies because we are now His temples.
[This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit.] (Gal. 5:16-25 KJV)
Moreover in Galatians 5:16-25 Paul tells us that we are to “walk in the Spirit” (v. 16). If we are to continually walk in the Sprit we must be “led by the Spirit” because He does the leading (v. 18). He leads and we walk with Him hand in hand. That is what it means to “live in the Spirit” (v. 25). Therefore, He is in control of our lives. That is what it means to “be filled with the Spirit” (Ephesians 5:18). When someone is “filled” with wine he is under the influence, or control of the alcohol content. When we are “filled” with the Spirit we are under His control. It is a daily, moment-by-moment, relationship with Him. When He is in control we experience Spirit–controlled worship (vv. 19-21), [Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ; Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.] (KJV) Spirit–controlled home life (vv. 5:22-6:9) [But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ's have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts. If we live in the Spirit, let us also walk in the Spirit. Let us not be desirous of vain glory, provoking one another, envying one another. (6:1) Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ. For if a man think himself to be something, when he is nothing, he deceiveth himself. But let every man prove his own work, and then shall he have rejoicing in himself alone, and not in another. For every man shall bear his own burden. Let him that is taught in the word communicate unto him that teacheth in all good things. Be not deceived; God is not mocked: for whatsoever a man soweth, that shall he also reap. For he that soweth to his flesh shall of the flesh reap corruption; but he that soweth to the Spirit shall of the Spirit reap life everlasting. And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.] (Gal. 5:22-6:9 KJV) and Spirit–controlled warfare and witnessing (vv.Eph.5:10-20). [Proving what is acceptable unto the Lord. And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather reprove them. For it is a shame even to speak of those things which are done of them in secret. But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light. Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light. See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is. And be not drunk with wine, wherein is excess; but be filled with the Spirit; Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord; Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;] (Eph. 5:10-20 KJV) It is a walk of faith. “I live; yet not I, but Christ lives in me” (Galatians 2:20). {The one who justifies us by faith also sanctifies us. He gives us His strength, joy, love, steadfastness, and self-control. As we give Him our weakness, He gives us His strength. We hand over our guilt and He gives us His forgiveness. He sustains us with His peace as we hand over our stress, anxiety and inner struggles. We hand Him our faithlessness and He gives us faith. He gives us His power in place of our weakness.}
[And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.] (2 Corinthians 6:16, KJV). How do we live in His abundance? “I will live in them and will walk among them.”
Following this appropriation by faith of the Holy Spirit there is a moment-by-moment abiding by faith in Christ.
THERE MUST BE AN ABIDING BY FAITH IN THE SAVIOR.
This is a mutual abiding.
[Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself unless it abides in the vine, so neither can you unless you abide in Me. “I am the vine, you are the branches; he who abides in Me and I in him, he bears much fruit, for apart from Me you can do nothing] (John 15:4-5).
Lord Jesus, will I see You today? Remind me of Your steadfast presence. [Apart from Me you can do nothing.] That is the hardest lesson for most Christians to learn. And there is no other way to live the Christian life.
Abiding is obedience to His will.
[The one who keeps His commandments abides in Him, and He in him. We know by this that He abides in us, by the Spirit whom He has given us] (1 John 3:24). If I love Him I will have no problem with my attitude toward keeping His commandments. It is a matter of the heart. Jesus said, [Blessed are the pure in heart, for they shall see God] (Matthew 5:8). When the heart is right we abide in Him and we sense His presence.
Abiding is not striving or struggling.
“Remain in Me and I in you,” said Jesus. This is a living relationship. It is not striving or struggling. It is resting in the Him. It is a matter of surrender. It is making ourselves available to Him so that He can live His life in and through us. This is a life of obedience responding to His love.
Hudson Taylor’s says it best: "When my agony of soul was as its height a sentence in a letter was used to remove the scales from my eyes, and the Spirit of God revealed the truth of our oneness with Jesus as I had never known it before . . . “But how do you get faith strengthened? Not by striving after faith, but by resting on the Faithful One.” As I read I saw it all! “If we believe not, He abideth faithful.” I looked to Jesus and saw and when I saw, oh, how the joy flowed!) that He had said, “I will never leave you.” “Ah, there is rest!” I thought. I’ll strive in vain to rest in Him. I’ll strive no more. For has He not promised to abide with me––never to leave me, never to fail me? And, He never will!"
Let’s fix our eyes on Jesus.
The Amplified Bible on Hebrews 12:1-3 reads as follows:
Therefore then, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses [who have borne testimony to the Truth], let us strip off and throw aside every encumbrance––unnecessary weight––and that sin which so readily (deftly and cleverly) clings to and entangles us, and let us run with patient endurance and steady and active persistence the appointed course of the race that is set before us, looking away [from all that will distract] to Jesus, Who is the Leader and the Source of our faith [giving the first incentive for our belief] and is also its Finisher, [bringing it to maturity and perfection]. He, for the joy [of obtaining the prize] that was set before Him, endured the cross, despising and ignoring the shame, and is now seated at the right hand of the throne of God. [The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool. (Ps. 110:1 KJV). Just think on Him Who endured from sinners such grievous opposition and bitter hostility against Himself––reckon up and consider it all in comparison with your trials––so that you may not grow weary or exhausted, losing heart and relaxing and fainting in your minds.
THE EXCHANGED LIFE IS A LIFE OF ABUNDANCE.
How quick we are to try to put the cart before the horse. You can’t get happiness, joy, abundance without first receiving His righteousness. Happiness is a byproduct. Joy is the outcome of His life in us. Abundance in spiritual life is the result of Christ in us. It is not doing, it is receiving. J. B. Phillips paraphrased Philippians 4:13, “I am ready for anything through the strength of the One who lives within me.” That is “Christ in you, the hope of glory.” I am sufficient because Christ lives in me.
Jesus compared it to a river overflowing.
John 7:37-39, “If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, ‘From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.’ ” But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive; for the Spirit was not yet given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.”
It is full of abundance. John 10:10b, “I came that they may have life, and have it abundantly.” The secret is that His sheep hear His voice and obey Him. “When he puts forth all his own, he goes ahead of them, and the sheep follow him because they know his voice” (John 10:4). Am I sensitive to His voice? Is my ear quick to hear the sound of His presence? Who knows what He will say or where He will lead us if we only make ourselves available to Him.
We become invincible.
Jesus described the change in our lives when we are allowing Him to exchange our inadequacy for His all sufficiency. He said, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God. Blessed are those who have been persecuted for the sake of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you and persecute you, and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of Me. Rejoice and be glad, for your reward in heaven is great; for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you" (Matthew 5:9-12).
That is the only way we can ever be salt and light in a spiritually dark and corrupt world.
Welcome to our Candle-Light Prayer, we all need to get together and pray for the churches loved ones, I need to get well to do over a new prayer for everyone, we have about 90 people plus their families, it is quite long and needs to be re-writen. and for now I will list our prayer needs, when things are working right, and I feel better, I can change what is happening and the changes if any, there has to be, It will take a day to re-write the whole Candle-Light Prayer. Bless you all and thanks for all your understanding, everyone needs to know what is going on with my life and the health to even do sickness sermons is of no value or faith, it is better then not having a new Sunday sermon, so I am doing my best, without doing to much to make me sick for two days.
I am sorry that I am still sick, but the Lord has given me the strength to at least make something worthwhile for The Church’s Sunday sermons, but I need to send out new prayers. People like Susan Jones, who used to write everyday, she really cared, sending cards and things to build up my immune system. And to make me have hope that there is someone out there that cares, I miss her, she was having medical problems, but my email was down for a time and probably bounced back, I have not heard from her, lately but I send out my prayers for her, healing and to have her be full of joy. Please join me in prayer for the ones that give hope and care for others. Johan & Esther, with children Anneke, Jolene, and baby Simeon- from the Deo Valente Mission- South Africa and they have run the mission for years. Johan wrote me also everyday, with 3-5 emails a day, then we were writing back and forth, but when the email crashed the same thing happened, I saw that they need prayer,they were in financial situations, extra bills, we all know it is an attack from evil, because they help about 350 people, plus the staff. Please join me in prayer for the family and their people. He knows how sick I am, and it didn’t matter if I didn’t write back, he just kept sending scriptures and stories and prayers, God please protect them all. Marcella- Living Waters Disciples Prayer Ministry- Marcella is special- she spends hours upon hours praying for people and for me, She spends hours writing out prayers like I used to do in the first two years or so, when I still had weight on my bones, she continued to write the most beautiful prayers and she still does, but they are on big prayer lists now, she probably had the same problem, her emails just bounced back, help this girl or woman- please help me pray for her, and bring healing to all the people she writes to. Willie and Liz they are my local friends, they used to bring me food and vitamins from the free food bank, they finally understand that I am obligated to a world wide audience, that uses my sermons for their own congregations, or Sunday school topics, or simple devotions. They helped me with the desk that holds the electronics, but it was so hard, because either one of us had enough strength to put this desk together, it was too heavy, and the central part of the desk- bent the support beams, and cracked the wood, but I fixed it the best I could, what can I say- Willie got over a small stroke about a year ago, and Liz had problems lifting, it turned out to be a help and nothing has been done since, I need two strong guys for about an hour, so at least I can finish moving in. It breaks my heart that I can’t get 2 people at the same time and find anyone that does not have a problem lifting. People call but they want money to help me. One day they did give me a ride for about a half mile or so that helped my back. I don’t know what happened, but I love them and if they asked me to help them I would be right there, so please join me in prayer for the both of them. We went to the same church down the street, so I went back after the second time, I can’t express my judgment, but the church itself (the people) - It just didn’t feel right , and I still have gone more times, I look like a well dressed man. I don’t know what people think, even though my discernment level or gift is off the scale, I look at the floor not to look into their eyes, because now if I do look into my eyes I can feel what they are thinking, my head is bowed- just trying to be humble and friendly. When I talk to someone I look right into their eyes and listen. I try to be normal and be a regular Christian, but it is hard to do when your in pain. Anyway I love them both, and I ask for prayer for them both, I know they are struggling financially, at least they were- so let us pray they are already blessed,Eph.1 and a new and divine nature. Then we have Karen- that was the local elder in my district and in the letter I had mentioned Alicia who now is the bishop of all over, now we have Robert covering my area, even he is so far away, he does well, and we have been writing back and forth which is good to have fellowship and I Remember that (Karen) wrote beautiful letters of prayer. Thank you to all- the people listed which is Karen, Alicea, Walter, I don't here much about Fred and wife Suzanne, after they moved the building, probably everything is normal, Eric Lewis and family, Tony Z and his trip, Bishop Larry, Hugh Keith and family, Darla and family, and another friend who has suffered a bad injury and he will be under the knife and being sown up to every muscle in his leg. There could be a problem with infection, because of the area, so help me pray for the ministry and the people, all the people that know me and it is the same news still sick. But even though I am sick it does not matter I can still pray for others and God will recognize my voice, so these friends are like family, Dear Lord please help them all with any problems they may be having. Please bless them all. The computer at times, for weeks it didn't turn on. Then I was over quota because I couldn't get to the computer to work, then I was to sick to write anyone for 3 weeks and then one day it just went on, and I am too poor now to send it to the shop. But I work around it, I had to spend days deleting all the trash mail that people send me. I must have had a hundred fake lottery emails, and another hundred that want to donate millions with all the same story almost. Then all the prayer requests were lost. Then I lost the whole c-Drive (2 years of data) first, then after that the computer would not work. I am supposed to live without stress and it is something different every time with this computer, I had to call someone in the paper, and then I was given another number, and the guy was different, I had a big sweep of fear when he took the whole tower to fix it, then it did not work, then I had more problems and had to call that guy again, it is the devil at work again. Now it works half-way, Fred and Suzanne I wrote in a prayer for Fred’s mom years ago and I have to check all the updated info, this prayer was written some of the content is years old to see the hands of God at work. Bishop Larry needs prayer for his health, and that was written years ago but we all still love him, and he wanted me to be an elder for the region which covers a lot of area and about 5 states. I took the job but it was all volenter, then I got to sick to keep up with that -but I put my time in I know it was at least a year or more. Eric Lewis and wife- in California need prayer and I need to call them- plus Hugh Keith sent me a letter about the churches being not the same about the last century. Tony Z. and his wife wrote me- I guess they are still around, they were going to take his boat to India to visit Jacob and Daisy they sent me their picture so I need to get back to them, and maybe I can call now. Please help me pray for all of them. I hope everyone is doing OK? Hugh is the type of guy that really cared and I didn’t have the strength to even buy a card to send back in return- after the many cards he has sent me. He still is writing and still sounds good. I still call his house and we talk, I still feel weak, and do not feel right even turning this computer on, because of the stress. When I do get better -I am going to make it up to all my friends and loved ones. Hugh has been so close to me in and out his ministry the big ministry and in and out of The Church Ministries, I need to call them all or write each one of them, the thing is the sermon- even though it is a “sickness sermon” and leaving out all the extra pictures and stuff, the words and feelings are the most important, besides I can’t have the same prayer up for all this time, if I get sick staying up all night- so be it- but I have to tell the special people of my life that I still love them and care, it is so hard to even sit in a chair for a small amount of time. So please help me pray for everyone that is mentioned in this section. Bishop Director Jacob is part of my staff and he is a great missionary and teacher for the Gospel of Asia and he also runs Missions Asia, plus Dr. Yohann from the Gospel of Asia which is one of the largest ministries in India and that part of the world. I want to pray for everyone, but all this takes time I have been at this for 12 good hours already and I just wanted to change the prayer requests and prayers for all my friends loved ones and partners in Christianity. There is such a wave of concern for all the staff. I pray for many- Vijay has sent me many letters in the regular mail, that is how I got to know one of my Bishop Directors, he wrote so many wonderful letters, I wanted him on staff. In fact if Vijay does not answer any of the emails- I will ask Hugh Keith for an extra Bishop Director. So now Vijay is no longer Director,but it is left open to Him if he wants to come back his whole hose was torn away and he had to use a computer in a store. It may be acting to early but because I had to make the changes before the first of the year 2years ago. I still can add Hugh if he wants to be a part of TCM. He and his family are getting prayer. Please help me with all prayers for others. Darla Izzo and children – California- Darla was in Hawaii and she left my numbers at home so I will give her my address next time. Same with Darla, and her kids they all need prayer, she lost her husband more than a year ago, I wish I could write more, it is this sickness, and I am so weak I don't lay on the couch and rest and get sick if I try to eat regular and just swallow the food- it has to be real soft- and if it is too hard then the pain sets in and I have to deal with that- that day and the day after- I have to get down what I can, but too hard at times, so I eat what I can. Now I try to walk to build my strength back. I feel sorry for all the people who have to go through this. That is why it takes me a full day to do a sermon, and I am pushing myself to do this, but I care for everyone and pray for most everyone I know. Next is Bishop Director Joaquim Kalala and his wife- T.C.M. –Angola, Africa. He is a good man, they are all blessed and gifted-----but he helped me when I needed the help with the prayer ministry, it seems he enjoyed helping me, answering prayer requests, and he had a change in his life, and got closer to God. He mentioned he understood what I am going through and he and his wife care for me and The Church. I need to write him more and tell him what a gift he is to The Church and for me. Just knowing that they both are praying for me is a blessing. So I need everyone’s help and praying for Bishop Director Joaquim. I need to send him the Bi-Laws but no ink again- and rent time is coming and I don’t know what to do. Trust in God you all know that scripture [Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, there with to be content. I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me. Notwithstanding ye have well done, that ye did communicate with my affliction.] (Phil.4:11-14 KJV) You are being prayed for and cared for, I do care for people. Most of all – [But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by Christ Jesus.] (Phil. 4:19 KJV) Please pray for this family- Bishop Director Paul- T.C.M.- wife Mercy, kids- Lesly, Hepzy, Belsy (Pastor: Director: Salem Voice Ministries) India. They have two sons and a daughter. Elder son Besly is a beginner student of the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering. Daughter Hepzy is a Bible College student as well as studying first year Degree Course. Younger son Lesly studying VIII grade in a High School. You see Paul is such a fine man he is worth 10 missionaries, he would supply his people with food , water, medicine , blankets, and he even builds houses for people, Satan tried to strike him down with leukemia and that was prayed away, now he is having trouble with his liver, the devil is trying to destroy Christianity. With all the violence that is happening, people are getting killed, beaten- their homes and churches are being burned, pastors are missing, this is terrible- all these people need hard prayer, with pure love and pure spirit. I will pray as hard as I can that Paul is cured and a miracle happens, and the whole country will change I feel God is watching all of this and He knows who the evil is, and there will be a change of peace and love for the whole country. All we need is faithful prayer and the miracles will start flowing like the living water of Jesus Christ. I know he will be healed; he is too good of a man to suffer.---Joanna and Randy, Joanna was such a blessing she would pray over the phone and really get into it, she has brought me out of pain and hurt, Randy the same thing between them both they would make the devil run for cover, sometimes it would be a three way call but for years Joanna and Randy were one of the areas of best of friends and prayer partners, when Randy passed on to be with Jesus- Joanna was real hurt and she seemed to cut off all ties, Joanna and Randy these two people saved my life several times, Please pray for them both and their families. Bishop Director Jacob and wife Daisy T.C.M.-Andaman & Nicobar Islands, India. I just wrote a prayer to them, the devil has been playing tricks on my head and has brought upon a certain fear or something where I became almost uneasy to go into my office, but the Power of God will heal this small problem, and the healing of all things will come about someday, I will not loose my faith. I trust the Lord and I know He has a plan for this suffering, just like the book of Job. Next- Elena Ramirez- artist, poet, painter, (prayer cards for the needy) she sent me two of the special cards where she does artwork and her own+ poetry. Elena is very special, she loves the Lord and people, she is going through some difficulties, but with our prayers- all of us together- she will see a day of joy, she is a hard worker for the Lord, and God has been watching, she has been faithful. {Next is a combination of people--- Jeff Gale- Australia- Director owner- Spiritual Warfare Prayer Warriors- Jeff runs a prayer ministry that covers the world, and he has two ladies that have saved my life uncountable times and even Jeff’s emails have given me hope- So the ladies are Jan Loyally and Janel Kobylanski -S.W.P.W. they have out done themselves and they themselves are fighting the devil, because they have helped so many people- including myself, and they have suffered tragic loses, so please my friends pray for this team and the ministry.}--- We all have been praying for Vijay’s Mom who is sick in India, she is very sick and her blood is not matching up so we all need to pray for Vijay's mom. She was in intensive care, but with our prayers she might be O.K. now. Please join with us this prayer for healing. Next is Lillian - Minister- Friend she has prayed for me and spoke with me and gave me the faith to go on, she is suffering some type of sleeping sickness, it has been a while so she might be healed by now, many prayers went out for her and her family. So let us continue to pray for her and family. --- Next is Bishop Shawn - from www.rootsandwings.org -N.Y. He has this internet ministry and is a pastor of an old church in N.Y. This man has helped me in the past, he used to talk with me for hours, and gave me the drive to go on- with faith and trust, he taught me to trust God and not to look behind, but to look ahead for the blessings of God’s plan. He is a good man full of loyalty, please join in prayer with me- that he is helping so many others, he will need prayers of protection so he can go on helping so many others.--- these two are quite special Scott and Eileen- Baby Ministry Virginia- Eileen had cancer, now it is gone, many prayers have followed them and their baby saving ministry, they wrote me and said it was my emails that helped Eileen, but it was Jesus Christ that healed her, and I can’t take any credit, I am just a servant of God. So pray for them and financial stability so they can continue saving babies, My gums are that sensitive. So it will take time for me to even get used to my teeth again, I might be able to only put them in with some cushioning which I don’t know if they even make something like that that it will cushion the denture but not be a holder or some type of glue, because I may only be able to put them in my mouth for short periods of time, I need to eat solid food and be able to chew, and not just mostly swallow things whole, that is why I am having problems digesting things. I feel sometimes it gives me an ulcer or it tears up my intestine that is why time is so important, because the food may be scratching my stomach lining and intestinal walls. So let us all pray for Scott and Eileen, and their part in saving lives at such a young age. --- Here is another person who has helped me with my life, she has had her whole church congregation pray for me, and she would send me cards and wonderful emails with special things with them to balance out my pain, faith, and hope. Columbus Murphy- Chicago, Ill. She has been a real blessing that I even met her, so let us pray for her health and her voice; she sings in the choir and does solos. We must pray for all my own friends at the last church I played music at, the church was so large we had an orchestra during the holidays, plus I did drama, and studied sign language for two terms. The Christmas show was set up with a Latin type music and it seems like the music minister picked that type of music because of the similar way I play bass, and the style of my fingering, I miss playing in church, I went to the biggest church in this area, the man who sits in the music tower freaked out and could not stop shaking my hand, and he said he has never heard anything like I did and the sound and voice, this guy never has seen anyone just walk in and play all that. I played my Martin 12 string and sung and wrote the songs I played, and then he checked out me playing bass the music minister played the drums- and it sounded like old Blind Faith or Cream, with Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker playing solos all we needed was Eric Clapton. The music minister said he would call me, he didn’t even know I played keyboards too, plus the flute- I believe the minister was afraid of losing his job, I didn’t play after that for about a year or more, then I played in a church for a few months then I didn’t play for almost 4 years when I got sick, I just started playing the bass again. By the way- he never called me, pray for me that I will be able to play again some day for the mission I want to build downtown. Now I leave everything up to God, Back to praying for the last church, this church I could kick a football and not even reach the ceiling. So I am still praying for certain people many I forgot- Robert and Judith they were my best friends. Larry and his wife, Kathy, Jimmy, Donna prayer for their loss of dad- Brother Fred- I wish I had more time to pray at his side-when he had cancer. Pastor Bill, Pastor Dan, still in prayer- plus the youth pastor is getting prayer. Mike and wife, Joe, Larry and wife, Beth and husband, the whole church needs prayer- Lenny and wife- I almost died in that church, because I was working and cleaning to hard, and I was getting yelled at because I cleaned 36 sinks until they were white again. Next we shall pray for Dr. K.P. Yohannan founder- Gospel of Asia- He is a blessing to have as a friend. Please join us in prayer for my friend and his ministry. Amy we need to pray for, and some day I will write her a full story. It seams I keep missing out, but I have learned to be happy with what I have. --- Phillip and Marie - east coast- We both need to communicate more! I just wrote to him and he wrote to me. He is the last surviving person that still writes to me from my last place I went to school- with care, understanding, and love, need prayer for them both- please help me! Carol and her son Sean- we have forgiven them, and the staff and all the workers and prayer warriors we pray daily for. I love them all, and they are prayed for everyday, with full love and compassion. We had a wonderful friendship, and the devil almost destroyed The Church, the prayer ministry, and some of the weeks of the sermons, which effected many people all over the world. --- Mr. and Mrs. Sasky and their two sons, which I love so much. I miss my little buddy, one of the sons. And they are prayed for a lot now, it is a sorry situation. I love them all, What all of them did- I can't even tell the story but I am a Christian they still remain close to my heart with Alexander-India-He got his whole congregation together and prayed for my health, with a picture of me they hung up, so each person could pray for someone they know what they looked like- then he got shipped off to a new job right in the middle of India. I did get an email from him and he was glad to here from me. I send him all the blessings I have to give. Please pray for him, he helped me so much. --- Debbie and her son Aaron- Pennsylvania, Aaron got put in jail for something and he is medically hurting, he is not receiving what he is supposed to get, I haven’t been able to write because I fall into tears. Please help me pray for the release of her son Aaron. I wish I knew more of the story, but she offered me to come to a special healing service at her church for three days and asked if I would stay with her and all I had to do was get there. They also did the picture prayer from the whole congregation. I need to write to her and let her know I am still alive.--- Brett - best surgeon in Hilo, I found out he is back, but all the numbers don't answer- like he came and went, from like a mash unit in Iraq, and Hilo is light on surgeons, Brett is gone or I just can't find him. I ask for prayer for him and his family. --- Herbert, Mr. Kirby of Hilo- Daily prayer for the sons and whole family. He went beyond help with a Kirby vacuum, bless his heart with prayer.--- Pastor George- and wife, Daily prayer every day, plus the children and blessings on the whole congregation. Pastor George has always been one of my best friends along with Pastor Rob. George sat with me during all that pick line therapy and giving myself the bags of antibiotics. And we always had a bible discussion during the days he was always there, then he got that full time job, I just didn't get to see him any more. Neither one knows how sick I am. He does not even know I moved or really how sick I am. They don’t even know the love I have for them both, maybe someday I will get a call from them.--- Need prayer for Pastor Rob and his wife Susie- and the congregation, I truly miss Rob we need to get back together and fellowship- I am too sick to make it to the Sunday service, but he has no idea I am still sick, people think if you are dressed and look clean that you are doing OK, but that isn't the case I am sick the whole next day, I would like to go to a service- but my body can't handle it. Pastor Rob and George have been my best friend’s here- and they don’t even know it. I still care and forgive them, for whatever, it is such a long story between the both of them it would take me forever to write. AlI I know is I care for them and God knows I care, please help me pray for them and their families.--- Shiigi Drug- , Shannon has always been there for me, she has also helped when confusion was set in by the evil of this world, I miss Annette, and I pray for all the staff- Sherry, Mel, Michael and Terry, and a few I know- but don't remember their names. God bless them all. I still see everyone the same way, and they all care about people. I pray for Shannon and ask God to bless her for all that she has done for me, plus for Mel he seems concerned about me now, he has watched me loose so much weight and just get sicker and sicker, the same with the rest of the staff, my prayers are with them all, but now I go to a different pharmacy--- Dr. Conner my family doctor, friend and spiritual adviser, we spend a time of prayer together, and I always feel better after I leave, she knows what to say to make me feel like a real person again, the staff has changed or there is a new girl now, and the little oriental girl , but prayers are being prayed for, and Linda I miss and she is being prayed for, so between Dr. Conner, and all the staff, I pray a large blessing for them all, these are the few people of the world that I really care about. and Doctor Conner probably has saved my life. It was a new beginning, and the doctor I had before this- had no feelings for me, and I left his office in tears, I prayed on my knees- in the church everyday, until I got an answer, it was like an angel telling me to go to Dr. Conner, and it was just a kid on a bicycle as I sat in front of a grocery store, so my whole life changed for the best. I never saw that kid on the bike again, so please help me pray for the complete healing of my doctor she might be healed already, God is with them all, and I bless the whole office and staff. I know many others are praying also, the prayer line is big, but once you know everyone- you can get everyone to pray with you and for you across the world. --- Step Sister Barbara who has (Lupus), I pray for her any time I think about her, she had to quit her job, and she is having a tough time, but she told my mom whatever they are doing-"Prayer" keep doing it. I don’t think she knows about prayer, and I have tried to talk to her but her husband would not let me talk, he doesn’t know me, he might not know God, I don't know him or even met him, God has given me the gift to heal others through Jesus Christ. I don’t know how I will be able to talk to her, but God will help, and the prayers of anyone else- I could use your help. Maybe I should just write her a letter. That would work if she reads it, and believes- and has just a bit of faith, she will be healed, this is what I hope and many have been healed just through emails. --- My mom and Leland-Bless them, daily prayer for them both, my mom has changed a bit and she has loved me and now understands, I call her every Sunday. So she is getting to know me and understand The Church- and so close or is a Christian, she understands why I want to help others, it is natural to want to help others, it makes you feel good inside. Soon my mom will fully understand why I do the things I talk to her about. I am not sure if her friend loves her, and I pray that she falls in love with someone who does love her deep inside. I ask God to forgive her of her sins and I ask God for a way that I can explain about Jesus and what He has done for her, and the gift that will change her life. --- Mark, Lil, Gary, Glen, Gail and their husband and wives and children. Or even understand who I am, my beliefs, and how much I love them and pray for them, maybe someday they will know who I am, and why I do the things I do, and how much I push myself to just write a sermon and the pain and the suffering, I have to go though, plus and the financial situation I live. God is always there for me, and my prayers go out to each relative or part of family. My little 1/2 brother, his wife and kids- plus my real dad and Judy, I love and pray for them all, they probably don’t understand, they have no idea what I face every day, but the love is there for each one of them, even relatives I don’t know and step relatives I never met, I ask for a blessing for each one of them. And I keep them in prayer. I can’t forget Debbie and Paul who left me in San Bernardino for three days, hitch-hiking, and they were less than an hour away. Again they don’t know me. So why take a chance of some stranger to help him- But God helped me, and I hold no grudges, or have a bad attitude towards anyone. --- Deborah Bates from Prim ministry and prayer ministry, at times I can get many different prayer requests and send some letters out for her ministry- I have not gotten any emails from prim in a while, but prayer goes a long way, plus we need prayer for Deborah and all the people listed below. --- Peter Samuel needs our prayers as he travels and being like a missionary, he needs help and prayer and to be blessed as he travels. --- San Dee Harding needs prayer and she prays for so many people, I send her what I can in prayer or blessings. The rest I do verbally, when you can't write some 3 page prayer letter with scripture and a learning story I catch up verbally, the love and care is there! --- Rebecca- east coast- Blessed- I wish I could write a big letter and send her some money. She was the one that took care of the cat and put him on the plane and the shelter picked him up. She is a wonderful person, if she knew what I am going through she would be shocked, she would even fly out here if she knew how sick I was, if she had the money she would be here to help in any way she could. She is a jewel that needs a blessing. She has suffered like Lynne, she went through all kinds of female operations, and other surgeries, she had a rough life, and she has suffered for a long time also, she loves the Lord. And her future holds many rewards and blessings. --- Minister-Terry and his wife and children- east coast-here is another (best friend) during those same years, he has never written, maybe because we worship the whole bible, and he and his congregation only use parts of the bible. And will not play any instruments, because they say there is nothing in the N.T. that talks about instruments. "Speaking to yourselves in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing and making melody in your heart to the Lord;" [Eph. 5:19] "a psalm" is a poem that is sung with an instrument(s)! I pray that he understands some day, and I hope he realizes before or if someone gets sick. I did so much for the church plus on Wednesday mornings when I could we would have a bible study, a long one that you can learn some facts and we would both learn and share our lives. --- Kenny who was my best friend for 2 years- plus his kids, his wife Gladis-east coast-We worked the food bank at the church and the big plant that stores all the food, we worked together for two years, plus unloaded trucks and no one would want to help, but I was always there to help him, he does not want to write because he said he would sound like Job's friends, Kenny was my best friend for those years, he was 83 then now he is 90 something and hasn't written in years. We are praying for the whole family anyway. I used my truck every week on Thursday and loaded a half ton of perishable food, then unloaded it, and put it all away- then a big truck came with all the canned goods, we worked hard, unloading and putting stuff away- then on Friday we would hand out food for about 60+ families and everyone that helped could take a box home- then it got to a point the workers of the church the volunteres those people would take home a whole shopping cart full of food and those persons had a job, a good one with good pay, I tried to tell everyone what was going on and of course they didn’t believe me. I got hurt again by another church for telling the truth. --- Pastor Kenneth, Mary-Kenya, Africa they have a great ministry, saving and healing all kinds of people, we send them all our prayers. They help so many people even the very poor to give the slum area all hope. They are number one in my book. And they write to me all the stories how God is helping them. I saved all of them. --- Kurt Showers and his daughter Courtney- we all hope Courtney came home to stay. Help us pray for them both!! --- Cindy, Tina, and Larry- From the old Pink Elephant, they helped me with much of my Christian Library need to find Larry's phone number and get their # here if they are still here. I still care and am still in prayer for them all. I need to talk to them and bless them, if I can get a hold of them. --- Barbara at the sally shop same store- Barbara is my favorite person and she has been a help as always and she talks to me like normal with a smile when ever I see her. I guess her trip was cut short, or she didn't go to Germany, anyway I got to see her and talk to her this past week, she is a beautiful person, I don't know what happened but her son who is still in Germany- I pray for the whole family and miss Barb when she is gone. I miss her at the store, I enjoy talking with her. "Deek"- "Sonny"-New Girl and Guy- Salvation Army, [same store] please pray for the whole store. Deek has been a blessing to me and Sonny keeps smiling & helps. --- "Helping Hands" is gone- "Goodwill" I don't see anymore- We pray for all the workers of both of the second hand stores Now we have Don and Wes and Chick to pray for their family “Everyone needs prayer” And they all have helped me. Roger needs prayer, and his people. Many people in these second hand stores have helped with books and things people would need for the mission, when I first got here, they knew my plans, and helped me when they could. I just found out that the store the helping hands got closed, probably for the rent. --- My buddy in the old antique shop, on Kam- ave. downtown Hilo- I have seen him last week, and he knows what I am hunting for, and he helps me out, my prayers are still with him, and he has helped me a lot.--- Evangelical Free Church of America. -run by Holly Fann still praying for everyone on the list I get one a week. The list changes every week, so there is a different prayer list for people all over the world. --- Mary and Jay, from His Will Ministries, Wyoming. Mary and Jay have been blessings, we have a 6 year relationship going on love and friendship. I still write to them and they are always sending emails and praise reports. Mary and Jay knows what I am going through. And still yet we still communicate, and pray for one another and all of there family and prayer requests for so many all over the world. They both are wonderful people and they help many in prayer. They tell us what is happening in the world with prophecy. --- Craig and Linda- “Best Friends” and 3 Children- Craig is still my best friend- I have ever had and ever have known, he helped me understand the bible- and to understand Jesus Christ. He is a pilot and makes good money, but that could end any time. I pray for the whole family- please join me in prayer. --- Trevor - Florida- He also helped me through the hard times, Trevor needs prayer. Trevor had a hard life and I need to call him and write into his website. Rodgers' friend actually does the work, like when Jesus cleaned the disciple’s feet, we ask for a special prayer for him too. Rodger really helped me out this week and please pray for his joy in the Lord with blessings and thanks. We also need to pray for Cher she is one of the directors or secretary to the ministry, she is a helping hand and cares about people, we ask for a special blessing for her and the whole ministry, here is a ministry who understands people and cares for people, there should be more ministries like the warmth I have felt entering the office. Churile Wyn and Preeja Sushan, there place of worship was almost burned to the ground, but some of the building was saved. We ask for special prayers for them and the whole congregation for repairs. We ask for a special prayer for Candy at the the dental , all the doctors or dentists have been caring and understanding, each doctor has that special touch and they have done some great work making me a set of teeth, Dr Tim I remember his name he didn't want to hurt me and he tried to make impressions without hurting me, but each time he knew he had to push harder, to make the impression -it hurt but you can tell each time he did the impression the first time was not hard enough, but he had to push harder, even though I saw stars and tears fell he made the impressions, he tried to do it lightly but he had to put more pressure on my gums, but I got through it, and he made good impressions, the other doctor did the second step, and he understood the pain I was going through, I wish I could remember his name, God knows who he is and he will be blessed- but all the staff cared, even the nurses and Candy set everything up, and she has that care and compassion, I have been writing about the crew for weeks and telling everyone how good they all are and how they all care, plus we have Saree that does all the paperwork , and she set up all the arrangements, she is one of the head girls, then she set me up with a taxi and the girl driver the first time was a blessing, and she took me home Friday and I forgot her name again but God knows who has taken care of me, she will be blessed then there is Joe from - he is a caring person also, I ask a blessing for Joe, this whole experience with all the people involved plus the staff from the dental office- from the appointments to the transportation to the set up of the transportation, and there is another girl we need to pray for -her name is Keaui, she was caring and also understanding I ask God for a blessing for all the people involved with the new teeth, the drivers a new one Chick that gave me a ride there and dispatchers and the dental people itself the first dentist helped me right away with a bad tooth, please God bless his heart- and he wants my bottom teeth strong so they can add an attachment for my back lower teeth, that part is over, now my teeth are being healed by God, just think- in I don't know how many days or months it will take but I will be able to eat most anything, and for years I have been eating like a squirrel or a beaver for a good 8 years, then no teeth for almost 5 years now the Lord has blessed me with good people and if I can just get through the pain of putting this piece of plastic in my mouth, and get through the infected gums, and the pain of the pressure chewing, please pray for all the staff at the dentist and the Taxi, Thank you Candy for the first talk we had and you knew the seriousness of the situation, and thank and bless Dr. Tim and Keaui for the compassion- Praise God the Father for giving me hope and thank You Jesus for your help putting love into each persons heart -plus the Holy Spirit for guiding me to call and thank what everyone has done for me. Please give them all a special blessing. Plus please bless my family doctor because she knows what to do with the pain and what it is going to be like, so Lord this is one of the greatest things that ever could happen to me, to actually be able to eat a steak or a nut or some dried fruit, I just don't know who to thank for all of this God and Jesus ,-the Holy Spirit, and all the offices and all the staff who cares about me, I have never felt this way before. I will even ask for a blessing for Scott for saving my life- driving me all over town to help me, please give him a blessing from our Lord- We ask for a special blessing for Jim he saved my life, I never would have made it downtown then uptown to pay the rent then back downtown, we also ask for a special healing of cancer and chemo- I ask in the name of Jesus that he will be totally healed. Jim did die, and I prayed with him and his son and it seamed he just didn't have faith, I gave him a good letherbound NIV easy to read bible but when I looked where he ut it it didn't seem like he even opened it. From this day forth we all must pray for his soul. Amen. My email has been broke and when my provider changed over this was buried and I had only about 35 mail ins left and I had hundreds that we were praying for "Disapear", I called they didn't seem to care, it broke my heart, when they changed things it seemed like the whole thing changed I guess I got the wrong person everytime, we were there praying, even though it is so old I am adding this to the main prayer board, I am deeply sorry, I feel terrible about facebook and I have some that I had but they made me delete about a months worth, on their site and now they can't be dilivered to my computer, and I have no idea what happened, people don't care that much about prayer anymore as I pray for you both and all the facebook people, I even sent letters out to my Bishops and the can't deliver them either, I am going to have to use the phone and pray to God I will be able to pay for the calls. I need a new computer, Then I could run this whole outfit by myself like in the beginning when I wasn't so sick. It is allfully hard to live on a fixed income and still have the hope that we will prosper, In 3John it says we all will with health so we must have faith. Jesus hung on that cross for many things not just for salvation, it was for healing, emotions, and poverty. There is a man called prayer warrior, he prayed for everyone every Disease, he prayed for all the leaders and the President, he even prayed for his whole street and block, to be saved, plus so much more and that letter is missing words I will try and put it together and post it on next weeks sermon. There is a Princess, that we have been praying for that too was left, and we are doing all we can to help her, she reached the right person and the right church, one that lives truth, just by her words you can tell she is a true Christian, you know even the Apostle Paul had to suffer with satan, that was is thorn in the flesh, no one knows that, but I wrote about it weeks ago, it was persecution not any sickness, 2Tim 3:12 anyone that chooses to follow God will be persecuted, and God does not punish us for sin’s anymore, persecution we can’t get rid of- it is of the devil that is why Paul asked three times and God says: “my grace is sufficient for thee”, the same with us, keep your faith and don’t let your heart be hardened satan even though he has been stripped of all power he can not even roar anymore, he has be made a public spectacle in Col.3 It was heavy- they dragged him through towns and cities to show how helpless he is, by horses! and when we sin we more or less yield to him we can give him some power, then if another sins and so on, so when a whole group sins he can do some damage, when people sin, now they all blame God, for everything even 911, and Katrina instead of Praising God which gets rid of the devil or just say Jesus over and over and you can yell to Jesus and say: I love you and you will here him say back: “I love you too”, "I have tried it." We are praying for your family and you friends the retired pastor she is and has been in our prayers and everything is in the past tense, because God has given us everything!!!! It is up to us!! With God and Jesus in our hearts This is the New Testament of grace. Everyone is healed, and everyone will prosper, we shall bring back the early church, it is our job now, God has given us the power and the Holy Spirit gave it all out to all Christians. The new spirit just and identical to Christ. The team of The Spirit and Jesus, is eternal and God is still our loving Father, who does not hurt people or gives then disease, it is more of Satan’s work and lies. There should have never have been a hospital, the Church is the Hospital. There was a man that went around closing hospitals, healing everyone, and when I get better I will do the same. I have to add prayer for Linsey and Shawn and for Scott who went out of his way to fix my truck, I cryied for days (happy) having helped me as good neighbors and my Landlord Jeff turned out to be the best friend I ever had- and fixed every other thing I own, and his girl friend Sharron helped me on rent day and gave me a ride- she even stayed in town to be ready for me the next day- and Bishop Chuck and the ride Maraia gave me saved my life period- last year I almost died walking that far- all of these people saved my life to some extent and if they didn't help me I do not know where I would be now. PLus Bishop Jacob and Bishop Khern with their letters, and Amy gave me even more drive and lifted my faith even higher with all her letters, I need to thank her with a big letter!- sis shanna's letter and what she wrote and there are so many others- forgive me it is getting late I can't list everyone? And we all need to pray for Joy from Mary's prayer ministry and George I sent a prayer last night to his daughter for his heart. Thanks to everyone.
We also have to pray for our leadership, I am a member of the team, and I have included almost every part of our leadership and our troops and all kinds of organizations and leadership groups, plus army, navy, marines, air force, coast guard merchant marines, all the army-navy natonal guards, and any national Defence people and troops and all kinds of other groups of leadership and law enforcement, we pray for them all, and I don’t know how many people are praying, but the more prayers the better our country will be. May you all be blessed, and healed of any ailments, with all health and praying for all our troops, to have them kept safe, and have the angels watch over everyone if any get injured, may God be with them all. Please help us all- as we pray for everyone’s safety and health plus all the families associated- all are also blessed as we pray for all leadership. ETC. We all need to gather and to pray for the DoD, NSA, U.S. Treasury, FBI, U.S. Customs, A.T.F, D.E.A. and many other organizations, plus all the security in the airports, and state buildings, and so many other groups of security and government, And we have all kinds of Secretaries, (Secretary of Defense, Secretary of State, Sec. of Agriculture, Sec. of the Treasury, Secretary of the Interior, Sec. of Housing and Urban Development, Sec. of Homeland Security), Chief of Staff, N.S. Adviser. We should be in prayer constantly, the bible tells us to pray without ceasing, we should pray for all the families of the guys and girls that are fighting right now in the war. I would like to copy what the Presidential Prayer Team says- but I can't- all I can do is pray and that is all I can do- and ask others to pray for all of us together with all of America, all the leaders of the prayer team are picked by choice and God probably had His hand in on it- but {Esther 4:14} says a lot -and they and we are all broken up when we lost the National Day of Prayer, we all know what is happening, but it is our faith that will pull us all through this, we will still have hope and love one another, my prayers through God's grace are supernatural- Things happen- people get healed and miracles happen- and the last thing I ever want to be is self-centered- or prideful- or selfish. He gave me so many gifts and I am glad to help and even the PPT will help us up to the next election- and we have to contiue or even add our points and feelings - praying and financially supporting The PPT as we are. We love you all and thanks for bringing back the troop prayer thing, where we can pray for individuals from all the organizations. I am glad to be a part of you all, I read all the things on the weekly prayer newsletters and I wish I was healthy enough to write more. Plus the loss of Senator Robert Byrd hurt many of us, and we are all praying for the family, I would list them all- but we are praying for the whole family maybe I will list them on this weeks sermon, 315 if I have the health to even do that, to even add some names and write this it took a long time.
There will be more to changes as the President apoints new leaders. Sorry I have been so sick it has been hard to add everyone but I will, some day- it is hard enough but I have to add these names for prayer. Plus If I wasn't so sick I would make a new list but that takes time, so I will add more {leadership to pray for} as time goes on, Let all of us pray for all our fighting troops and leadership of our country. "I just want to say I hope I felt better and I could write a prayer for each person and family, I am just so sick - and for so long they have to be verbal. At least we are praying for our troops, and people risking there lives for our freedom plus all leadership and all the important people of our government. Wait till I start singing again and playing all the instruments for God again, I miss the Christian church orchestra, I then had a blessing of a time, maybe when God gives me the church/ mission to run- we will be able to have the finest orchestra around. And we will do drama and do Christian skits and bring people out of the lost state and bring them to Christ though live evangelism. You know I can’t wait, that is what I am looking forward to, just to see The Church Ministries feeding people-giving out clothes, education, the teaching of Christ, we will have a compassionate staff and have clean beds and showers, plus morning devotions and prayer, night sermons, private counseling, and help people get on their feet again, with an address and pay phone- it will be a blessing for the many homeless for the town of Hilo, Hawaii, my hopes are we will be able to feed anyone, even the middle class who have children and have lost there jobs or other tragedy. God didn’t bring me here just to suffer and to shrivel up and die, there is so many homeless people that need a place that is safe and clean, and I know God will provide, some how- some way- He just wanted to see if I would keep my faith and trust in Him through all of this pain and suffering, or I could be wrong it could be Satan stopping me, because I do have the power that God gave me when I became born again, I am not giving up wanting to help the poor and needy, and I know God will not give up, He loves me and will heal me when all things are ready, and we love all His children- I hope the mission comes to life within this church, ministry or Public Charity. So my bothers and sisters- I do love you all, and it took so many distresses and attacks to finally let me know that is the importance of this life- We are in a battle over Good and Evil -but we have to have total faith and trust in God and His Son Jesus, and of course our fellowship with the Holy Spirit. Closing Prayer
Dear understanding Father. Thank You for another week, thank You for the strength to make it through these many hours, I wanted this day of worship to be a comfort to all congregations, for all pastors, chaplains, ministers, and all their visitors and all others that hear this message on Sunday- or any day - I wanted this closing prayer to be a comfort to You and Your Son Jesus, plus the Holy Spirit. All I ever wanted was to heal people and if this is the only way I can do it, please Lord, heal all those with prayer requests and prayer responses and all the names of all the ones that need help-throughout the whole world and all the prayer networks-plus those that are listed on this church computer. Please Lord, heal all of them, forget about me, Father You know my heart, at times I feel that others need help more then I, but after my blood pressure was taken I feel I need prayer to get whatever evil that may be near me and please make me well with all of my medical problems. Please give me the strength to finish the sermons, you want me to write. Please fix all the problems with this computer, and take all the darkness that tries to put fear into my mind while on this machine. I just want to see others healed like Barbara my step- sister who is dying and all I need is a few answers telling me that others made it through their struggle, or their cancer is in remission- or the marriage is working, or for all the sons and daughters that broke away from the family unit at a young age and got into trouble and are safe at home now. Please Father I do not want to leave anyone out. Please help Aaron and his mother Debbie, I ask in the name of Jesus that all be healed and helped and educated for the whole realm of Christianity, Please Father help our troops that are suffering, and all the ones that are stationed somewhere or fighting in war to help others. Please lead the unknown of Christianity to Christ, to let them all know Him, and understand what He did for the entire human race. In Jesus Name, Amen, and Amen.
I still am sorry that I have not gone and re-wrote the new prayers, I am still very sick, but everything is working now, a few crashes about every 15 minutes, one Prayer which is very large contains prayers for prayer people from 5 years ago, plus all the different companies that just do prayers, many of the owners and head people who helped me through the times of stress, might have saved my life, and I miss talking with many of them, all my friends and family (staff) -and people who had a mission in South Africa wrote me everyday,- and my brothers the (Bishops) who are part of the staff, they cannot be replaced they all are a jewel, and they helped me just knowing that they are there to give me a hand or if they need help- I can pray for them, the thing is my prayers seem to work, in all this confusion and the darkness of satan and his agents, have really messed me up, we all share and care if someone's life was saved or a missing child was found, plus we need people like- Aaron free- and his mom at peace. So look for the candle for the Candle Light Prayer- then look for the White House for The Presidential Prayer Team and help us all pray for all our leadership, from the President to the acting members and heads of special organizations, to everyone that they have sent me a list of- a few names each week, then I added to the big list, then we have an obligation for a girl in the Navy to pray for her, I have all the different troops and each organization, being prayed for-they might be standing a watch to protect us were-ever they are needed.My Mom needs prayer for her health.We are adding a special prayers for- Mr. T.
