Bible Truth Christian Church
Greetings my fellow brothers and sisters, I have just received all my medicine and antibiotics today of a 2 week supply, so in other words I have a chance for survival, I was scheduled for 4 weeks of IV’s at home, of course the insurance would not cover me staying in the hospital, So for the first two weeks I was given an antibiotic that wasn’t the right one, and they were going to pull the pick line out probably tomorrow,(a long tube that runs through my body, with a valve on it so I can give myself all the medicine. And have me wait in the unknown till I saw another doctor I think the 10th one, for a determination of the pain in my mouth, and not giving the time enough for the antibiotic to work, so that is why I haven’t been able to eat since Nov. 13, So we all have to praise God and hope these next two weeks of therapy will knock out this bone infection, So as I was going through these intense trials, I read scripture out load, { Suffer hardship with me, as a good  soldier of Christ Jesus.2 Tim 2:3,}{ and Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,  I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. Psalm 23 :4} It has been a hard road and it is very hard to be stripped of everything your body, that was once a enlightening amount of strength, real teeth in your mouth, and everything that you liked to do was gone you just didn’t have the vigor. So by my testimony and hardship that I share, this way with the scriptures that I say maybe they might help you, {And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose. Rom. 8:28} The fear of the unknown should not even cross anyone’s mind, and I believe when I was told Monday, that it could be something else, of course it opened the doors the evil one to fill my mind with all kinds of confusion, worry and doubt, just like he is doing to most people today {Surely goodness and lovingkindness will follow me all the days of my life, And I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever. Psalm 23:6} We know who changed the orders our beloved Jesus, between Monday and Tuesday it was tough, even for a preacher, then I got that call from the home health care, well what else do you need Rev. Paul, I was in shock, a good one, I just got over 2 horrible days in my life at the same time periods, I thought I was going to die, not instant, but a very slow one, I mean how can a man live like this living in unknown,  not knowing if you will ever eat again, or waiting for another doctor to try and figure out what else is wrong with me. I wasn’t being foolish, but my body can not grow by just drinking fluids for 6 months, then finally you find out what is wrong, and for half of the therapy you know someone ordered the wrong stuff, I mean the people of the church saw me almost bouncing off the walls , my eyes could not focus, I already lost over 20 pounds and I couldn’t even keep my balance, and of course I could not sleep, but I just used scripture again, {Now glory be to God! By his mighty power at work within us, he is able to accomplish infinitely more than we would ever dare to ask or hope. Eph. 3:20.} {Blessed is a man who perseveres under trial; for once he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. James 1:12} {I can do all things through Him who strengthens me. Nevertheless, you have done well to share with me in my affliction. Phil. 4:13-14} {What then shall we say to these things? If God is for us, who is against us? Rom 8:31} {For I am convinced that neither  death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor things present, nor things to come, nor powers, nor height, nor depth, nor any other created thing, will be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord. Rom 8:38-39} Well my brothers and sisters, God came through for me, and I should have never even thought of giving up hope, that means the same for you, no mater what you are going through, health, family problems, finances, etc, etc. We must trust in Him to the fullest extent. Do not give in to the lies of the devil. Stay strong in your heart even though you can’t do much physically you can do all things in the spirit and in truth, prayer, devotions, worship, praying for others, this is what God is having me do, to tell you all that you should never loose hope, There is prideful things we all must do away with, you don’t have to be mister muscle, to pray for others, or to care for others, to edify others, to speak in good direction of a loving God, that some people out there never have known His great power. I am still praying for you, and will continue because first I love people, and next I know this is what God wants me to do. Grace and peace be with you always.
Good moring everyone in Hawaii, and the rest of the world, glad to be with you all, this week I din't think I was going to make it. But our God is mighty, and I wish to express my thanks for all of your prayers for me, and The Church
As for you, you were dead in your transgressions and sins, in which you used to live when you followed the ways of this world and of the ruler of the kingdom of the air, the spirit who is now at work in those who are disobedient. Eph.2:1-2 NIV
Dear Heavenly Father, We all thank you for being with us and guiding us through your Spirit, we have been engaged in so much intense spiritual warfare that I cannot believe that we are still functioning normally, it seems that each week of our life has been getting harder from the attacks, but Lord you have been right there to bless us, at times we had to go through the most strangest bits and pieces, and then you have come through not only for me, but everyone that is within the church body, we have so many people we have to take care of with prayer, but to tell you the truth Father I thank you, that you have given me the strength to go on, and to still be a minister, for the Lord Christ. Our prayer team has been so busy this week and the last, but to tell you Father you have blessed almost every person and request that has come through this church office, we even have a praise report of one choice body prayer partner with a stage 5 cancer, and she is now cured of all cancer, the doctors are amazed, just because of Your power, and the compassion of Jesus hearing us, she is now cancer free. I cried for days just over that one thing. We want to praise you and worship you in true spirit and in truth, and today I will speak on how we can be easily deceived by the Devil in and out of the church, the set-up of his games, his tricks, and what we plan to bring to light, to the world, is to not fall into his schemes and lies. We all listen to your direction Lord, and the guidance of the Holy Spirit, and the love that Christ has brought us.  Our hearts and attitudes will remain as close as we can to our Lord and savior Jesus Christ. Please send your Holy Spirit to us now Father so everyone that is hearing or listening, or reading this sermon this day and through the rest of the week, please give us an ever lasting anointing, In the Name of Jesus we all Pray, Amen.
Satan is not a designer but an imitator. God has an only begotten Son-the Lord Jesus, so has Satan-the son of Perdition 2 Thes. 2:3-4
Don't let anyone deceive you in any way, for that day will not come until the rebellion occurs and the man of lawlessness is revealed, the man doomed to destruction. 4He will oppose and will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, so that he sets himself up in God's temple, proclaiming himself to be God. 2Thes 2:3-4 NIV
There is a Holy Trinity, and there is likewise a Trinity of Evil Rev. 20:10.
And the devil, who deceived them, was thrown into the lake of burning sulfur, where the beast and the false prophet had been thrown. They will be tormented day and night for ever and ever. Rev. 20:10 NIV
Do we read of the children of God, so also we read of the children of the wicked one.  Matthew 13:38-39
The field is the world, and the good seed stands for the sons of the kingdom. The weeds are the sons of the evil one, and the enemy who sows them is the devil. The harvest is the end of the age, and the harvesters are angels. Matt.13:38-39 NIV
Does God work in the previous both to will and to do of His good pleasure, and then we are told that Satan is "the spirit that now is at work in the children of disobedience" Eph. 2:1-2
Is there a mystery of godliness? 1 Tim. 3:16, so also is there a mystery of iniquity 2Thes. 2:7. Are we told that God by His angels seals His servants in their foreheads Rev 7:3, so also we learn that Satan by his agents sets a mark in the foreheads of his fans Rev. 13:16-17. Are we told that  the Spirit search out in all things, yes, the deep things of God 1 Cor. 2:6-16, then Satan also provides his deep things Rev. 2:24. Did Christ perform miracles, so also can Satan 2 Thess. 2:9-10. Is Christ seated upon a throne, so is Satan Rev. 2:13. Has Christ a Church, then Satan has his synagogue. Rev 2:9. Is Christ the Light of the world, then so is Satan himself transformed into an angel of light. 2 Cor. 11:14  Did Christ appoint  apostles, then Satan has his apostles, too 2 Cor. 11:13. And this leads us to consider: The Gospel of Satan.
Beyond all question, the mystery of godliness is great:
  Heappeared in a body,
      was vindicated by the Spirit,
  was seen by angels,
      was preached among the nations,
was believed on in the world,
was taken up in glory. 1 Tim.3:16 NIV
For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way.2 Thes 2:7 NIV
Do not harm the land or the sea or the trees until we put a seal on the foreheads of the servants of our God."Rev. 7:31 NIV
He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name. Rev 13:16-17 NIV
Yet when I am among mature Christians, I do speak with words of wisdom, but not the kind of wisdom that belongs to this world, and not the kind that appeals to the rulers of this world, who are being brought to nothing. No, the wisdom we speak of is the secret wisdom of God, which was hidden in former times, though he made it for our benefit before the world began. But the rulers of this world have not understood it; if they had, they would never have crucified our glorious Lord. That is what the Scriptures mean when they say,

"No eye has seen, no ear has heard,
       and no mind has imagined
   what God has prepared
       for those who love him."
But we know these things because God has revealed them to us by his Spirit, and his Spirit searches out everything and shows us even God's deep secrets. No one can know what anyone else is really thinking except that person alone, and no one can know God's thoughts except God's own Spirit. And God has actually given us his Spirit (not the world's spirit) so we can know the wonderful things God has freely given us. When we tell you this, we do not use words of human wisdom. We speak words given to us by the Spirit, using the Spirit's words to explain spiritual truths. But people who aren't Christians can't understand these truths from God's Spirit. It all sounds foolish to them because only those who have the Spirit can understand what the Spirit means. We who have the Spirit understand these things, but others can't understand us at all. How could they? For,

"Who can know what the Lord is thinking?
       Who can give him counsel?"
But we can understand these things, for we have the mind of Christ.1Cor.6-16 NLT

Now I say to the rest of you in Thyatira, to you who do not hold to her teaching and have not learned Satan's so-called deep secrets (I will not impose any other burden on you):Rev. 2:24 NIV
And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. For this reason God sends them a powerful delusion so that they will believe the lie, and so that all will be condemned who have not believed the truth but have delighted in wickedness. 2Thes 2:8-12 NIV
I know where you live-where Satan has his throne. Yet you remain true to my name. You did not renounce your faith in me, even in the days of Antipas, my faithful witness, who was put to death in your city-where Satan lives. Rev. 2:13 NIV
The coming of the lawless one will be in accordance with the work of Satan displayed in all kinds of counterfeit miracles, signs and wonders, and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. 2Thes.2:9-10 NIV
I know your afflictions and your poverty-yet you are rich! I know the slander of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan. Rev. 2:9
And no wonder, for Satan himself masquerades as an angel of light.2Cor.11:14 NIV
For such men are false apostles, deceitful workmen, masquerading as apostles of Christ 2Cor.11:13 NIV
Satan is the arch- imitator. The Devil is now busy at work in the same field in which the Lord sowed the good seed. Matt. 13; He is seeking to prevent the growth of the wheat by another plant, the weed, which does closely resemble the wheat in appearance. In a word, by a process of imitation he is aiming to neutralize the Work of Christ. Therefore, as Christ has a Gospel, Satan has a gospel too; the second being a clever counterfeit of the previous. So closely does the gospel of Satan resemble that which it distorts, multitudes of the unsaved are tricked by it.
It is to this gospel of Satan the apostle refers when he says to the Galatians,
I am astonished that you are so quickly deserting the one who called you by the grace of Christ and are turning to a different gospel-- which is really no gospel at all. Evidently some people are throwing you into confusion and are trying to pervert the gospel of Christ.  Gal. 1:6-7 NIV
This false gospel was being proclaimed even in the days of the apostle, and a most awful curse was called down upon those who preached it. The apostle continues;
But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach a gospel other than the one we preached to you, let him be eternally condemned! Gal.1:8 NIV
By the help of God we shall now attempt to expound, or rather, expose this false gospel.
The gospel of Satan is not a system of radical principles, nor yet a program of disorder. It does not promote conflict and war, but aims at peace and unity. It seeks not to set the mother against her daughter nor the father against his son, but promote the friendly spirit whereby the human race is regarded as one great brotherhood. It does not seek to drag down the natural man, but to improve and uplift him. It advocates education and development and appeals to the best that is within.  It aims to make this world such a comfortable and pleasant environment that Christ’s absence from it will not be felt and God will not be needed. It’s actions to occupy man so much with this world that he has no time or preference to think of the world to come. It transmits the principles of self-sacrifice, love and goodwill, and teaches us to live for the good of others, and to be kind to all. It appeals strongly to the carnal mind and is popular with the masses, because it ignores the solemn facts that by nature man is a fallen creature, alienated from the life of God, and dead in trespasses and sins, and that his only hope lies in being born again.
In contradiction to the Gospel of Christ, the gospel of Satan teaches salvation by works. It includes justification before God on the ground of human virtues. Its sacramental phrase is Be good and do good; but it fails to recognize that in the flesh there dwells no good thing. It announces salvation by character, which reverses the order of God’s Word, character by, as the fruit of, salvation. Its various consequence and organizations are various. Temperance, Reform Movements, Different types of Christian Groups,  Peace gatherings, are all employed perhaps unconsciously in proclaiming this gospel of Satan of salvation by works. The pledge card is substituted for Christ; social purity for individual regeneration, and politics and philosophy, for doctrine and godliness. The cultivation of the old man is considered more practical than the creation of a new man in Christ Jesus; at the same time as universal peace is looked for apart from the buried position and return of the Prince of Peace.
The apostles of Satan are not bar-keepers and drug- traffickers, but are for the most part ordained ministers. Thousands of those who occupy our modern pulpits are no longer engaged in presenting the fundamentals of the Christian Faith, but have turned aside from the Truth and have given attenton unto fables. Instead of magnifying the vastness of sin and setting forth its eternal penalties, they minimize it by declaring that sin is merely lack of knowledge or the absence of good. Instead of warning their hearers to flee from the wrath to come they make God a liar by declaring that He is too loving and merciful to send any of His own creatures to eternal suffering. Instead of declaring that  without shedding of blood is no remission, they merely hold up Christ as the great pattern and exhort their hearers to follow in His steps. Of them it must be said;
Since they did not know the righteousness that comes from God and sought to establish their own, they did not submit to God's righteousness.  Rom. 10:3 NIV
Their message may sound very reasonable and their plans appear very praiseworthy, yet we read of them;
For such men are  false apostles,  deceitful workers, disguisingthemselvesas apostles of Christ.
No wonder, for even  Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness,  whose end will be according to their deeds. 2Cor 11:13-15 NASB

In addition to the fact that today hundreds of churches are without a leader who devotedly declares the whole counsel of God and presents His way of salvation, we also have to face the additional fact that the majority of people in these churches are very unlikely to learn the Truth themselves. The family altar, where a portion of God’s Word was wanted to be read daily is now, even in the homes of supposed Christians, is largely a thing of the past. The Bible is not expanded on in the pulpit and it is not read in the pew. The demands of this rushing age are so numerous, that multitudes have little time and still less tendency to make preparation for the meeting with God. Therefore the majority who are too lazy to search for themselves, are left at the mercy of those whom they pay to search for them; many of whom betray their trust by studying and clarifying economic and social problems rather than the Oracles of God.
There is a way that seems right to a man,
but in the end it leads to death. Prov14:12 &16:25
In Proverbs 14:12 we read,  This  way which ends in death is the Devil’s delusion, the gospel of Satan, a way of salvation by human achievement. It is a way which seemed right, that is to say, it is presented in such a reasonable way that it appeals to the natural man: it is set forth in such a subtle and attractive manner, that it speaks well of itself to the intelligence of its hearers. By good value of the fact that it approached to itself as a religious terminology, sometimes it will appeal to the Bible for its support whenever this suits its purpose, and holds up before men arrogant ideals, and is proclaimed by those who have graduated from our theological institutions, so countless multitudes are distracted and deceived by it.

The success of an illicit forgery depends largely upon how closely the counterfeit resembles the genuine article. Heresy is not so much the total denial of the truth as a distortion of it. That is why half a lie is always more dangerous than a complete denial. That when the Father of Lies enters the pulpit it is not his custom to flatly deny the fundamental truths of Christianity, rather does he discreetly acknowledge them, and then proceed to give a false interpretation and a false application. For example: he would not be so foolish as to boldly announce his disbelief in a personal God; he takes His existence for granted and then gives a false explanation of His character. He announces that God is the spiritual Father of all men, when the Scriptures plainly tell us that we are;
You are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus, for all of you who were baptized into Christ have clothed yourselves with Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, slave nor free, male nor female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus. If you belong to Christ, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Gal. 3:26-29
But although the world was made through him, the world didn't recognize him when he came. Even in his own land and among his own people, he was not accepted. But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God. They are reborn! This is not a physical birth resulting from human passion or plan--this rebirth comes from God.
So the Word became human and lived here on earth among us. He was full of unfailing love and faithfulness. And we have seen his glory, the glory of the only Son of the Father.John 1:10-14 NLT

And anyone whose name was not found recorded in the Book of Life was thrown into the lake of fire. Rev. 20:15 NLT
Further, he declares that God is far too merciful to ever send any member of the human race to Hell, when God Himself has said,Rev. 20:15 Again; Satan would not be so foolish as to ignore the central figure of human history the Lord Jesus Christ; on the contrary, his gospel acknowledges Him to be the best man that ever lived. Attention is drawn to His deeds of kindness and works of mercy, the beauty of His character and the compassion of His teaching. His life is praised, but His shocking Death is ignored, the all-important atoning work of the cross is never mentioned, at the same time as His triumphant and bodily resurrection from the grave is regarded as one of the parts of a superstitious age. It is a bloodless gospel, and presents a cross less Christ, who is received not as God manifest in the flesh, but merely as the Ideal Man.
In 2 Corinthians 4:3-4 we have a scripture which sheds much light upon our present theme. There we are told; The Devil and Satan which deceived the whole world.  In simply appealing to the best that is within man, and in simply encouraging him to lead a well known life, there it is to meet the expense of a common ground upon which those of every shade of opinion can unite and proclaim this common message.
And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing. The god of this age has blinded the minds of unbelievers, so that they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God.  He blinds the minds of unbelievers through hiding the light of the Gospel of Christ, and he does this by substituting his own gospel.2Cor. 4:3-4 NIV
And the great  dragon was thrown down, the  serpent of old who is called the devil and  Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was  thrown down to the earth, and his angels were thrown down with him Rev.12:9NASB.
Again we quote Proverbs 14:12; There is a way that seems right to a man,
but in the end it leads to death.  it has been said with considerable truth that the way to Hell is paved with good intentions. There will be many in the Lake of Fire who highly praised life with good intentions, honest resolutions and exalted ideals, those who were just in their dealings, fair in their transactions and charitable in all their ways; men who prided themselves in their integrity but who sought to justify themselves before God by their own righteousness; men who were moral, merciful and worthy, but who never saw themselves as guilty, lost, justifiable sinners, bound for Hell, needing a Savior. Such is the way which seamed right. Such is the way that commends itself to the carnal mind and recommends itself to multitudes of mislead ones today. The Devil’s delusion is that we can be saved by our own works, and justified by our own deeds; where as though, God tells us in His Word :

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith--and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God-- not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are God's workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. Eph 2:8-10 NIV
A few years ago a man became familiar with one who was a preacher and a whole hearted Christian worker. For a few years this friend had been engaged in public preaching and religious activities, but from certain expressions and phrases he used, the writer doubted whether this friend was a born again man. When we began to question him, it was found that he was not acquainted with the Scriptures and had only the foggiest conception of Christ’s Work for sinners. For a time we sought to present the way of salvation in a simple and impersonal manner and to encourage our friend to study the Word for himself, in the hope that if he were still unsaved, God, would be pleased to reveal the Savior he needed.
The bare acceptance of a conventional doctrine about the person of Christ without the heart being won by Him and the life devoted to Him, is another segment or another way of looking at things.  A simple logical go along with to the reality of Christ’s person, and which goes no further, is another phase of the way which seems right unto a man but of which the end thereby are the ways of death, or, in other words, is another characteristic of the gospel of Satan.
And now, where do you stand? Are you in the way which seems right, but which ends in death; or, are you going through that narrow gate which leads to life? Have you truly forsaken the broad road which leads to death?  Are you hoping for that he should reign over you?  Are you awaiting His return? Are you relying wholly on His righteousness and blood for your salvation with God?
Those who are trusting to an outward form of godliness, such as baptism or those who are religious because it is considered a mark of decency; or those who attend some church or chapel because it is the trend to do so; and, those who unite with some Denomination because they suppose that such a step will enable them to become better Christians, are in the way which ends in death both spiritual and eternal, in other words, we just can’t be playing church. However pure our motives may be, however noble our intentions may seem, however well-meaning our purposes are that we think that are justified, however sincere our deeds and activities that we accomplish, God will not acknowledge us as His sons, until we accept with full heart His Son Jesus Christ.
A yet more false form of Satan’s gospel is to move preachers to present the atoning sacrifice of Christ and then tell their hearers that all God requires from them is to just believe in His Son. Thereby thousands of unrepentant souls are deceived into thinking they have been saved. But Christ said, to repent is to hate sin, to sorrow over it, to turn from it. It is the result of the Spirit making the heart sorry or feeling shame before God. You need a change of heart, from within then you can truly be saved and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ.
Again, thousands are deceived into supposing that they have accepted Christ as their personal Savior, who have not first received and acknowledged Him as their LORD. The Son of God did not come here to save His people in their sin, but from their sins. To be saved from sins, is to be saved from paying no attention to and looking down on the authority of God, it is to abandon the course of self-will and self-pleasing, it is to forsake our own ways. It is to surrender to God’s authority, to give in to His dominion, to give ourselves over to be ruled by Him. The one who has never taken Christ’s yoke upon him, who is not truly and meticulously seeking to please Him in all the fine points of life, and yet supposes that he is resting on the completed work of Christ, is deluded by the Devil.
The Narrow Gate

"You can enter God's Kingdom only through the narrow gate. The highway to hell is broad, and its gate is wide for the many who choose the easy way. But the gateway to life is small, and the road is narrow, and only a few ever find it.

The Tree and Its Fruit

"Beware of false prophets who come disguised as harmless sheep, but are really wolves that will tear you apart. You can detect them by the way they act, just as you can identify a tree by its fruit. You don't pick grapes from thornbushes, or figs from thistles. A healthy tree produces good fruit, and an unhealthy tree produces bad fruit. A good tree can't produce bad fruit, and a bad tree can't produce good fruit. So every tree that does not produce good fruit is chopped down and thrown into the fire. Yes, the way to identify a tree or a person is by the kind of fruit that is produced.

True Disciples

"Not all people who sound religious are really godly. They may refer to me as `Lord,' but they still won't enter the Kingdom of Heaven. The decisive issue is whether they obey my Father in heaven. On judgment day many will tell me, `Lord, Lord, we prophesied in your name and cast out demons in your name and performed many miracles in your name.' But I will reply, `I never knew you. Go away; the things you did were unauthorized.'

Building on a Solid Foundation

"Anyone who listens to my teaching and obeys me is wise, like a person who builds a house on solid rock. Though the rain comes in torrents and the floodwaters rise and the winds beat against that house, it won't collapse, because it is built on rock. But anyone who hears my teaching and ignores it is foolish, like a person who builds a house on sand. When the rains and floods come and the winds beat against that house, it will fall with a mighty crash."
After Jesus finished speaking, the crowds were amazed at his teaching, for he taught as one who had real authority--quite unlike the teachers of religious law.
Matt.7:13-29 NLT

Dear Father, We thank you for your teaching and guidance, we love you, and we will all do our best to confess all our sins, and repent of our actions of the flesh,  please stay with us all, please show us the right road to travel on, and help us to be more like Christ your Son, and Lord help us to be able to learn truth, and not to believe in lies from the evil one, we love you all, God bless you all, till next week, We bid you all grace and peace, In the name of Jesus, Amen.
