What soldier has to pay his own expenses? And have you ever heard of a farmer who harvests his crop and doesn't have the right to eat some of it? What shepherd takes care of a flock of sheep and isn't allowed to drink some of the milk? And this isn't merely human opinion. Doesn't God's law say the same thing? For the law of Moses says, "Do not keep an ox from eating as it treads out the grain." Do you suppose God was thinking only about oxen when he said this? Wasn't he also speaking to us? Of course He was. Just as farm workers who plow fields and thresh the grain expect a share of the harvest, Christian workers should be paid by those they serve.

We have planted good spiritual seed among you. Is it too much to ask, in return, for mere food and clothing? If you support others who preach to you, shouldn't we have an even greater right to be supported? Yet we have never used this right. We would rather put up with anything than put an obstacle in the way of the Good News about Christ.

Don't you know that those who work in the Temple get their meals from the food brought to the Temple as offerings? And those who serve at the altar get a share of the sacrificial offerings. In the same way, the Lord gave orders that those who preach the Good News should be supported by those who benefit from it. 1Cor. 9:7-14 NLT

As you all know as you move smoothly through the church website, you will notice we still have hope, caring and praying to get a building in which to serve all the poor and needy people in downtown Hilo, Hawaii. We have some of the local organizations willing to donate clothes amongst other things, like bibles and Christian books and tapes. In addition with my culinary talents and mission supply experience, we hope and pray to eventually organize a food ministry, not only to feed the homeless, but many of the poor families and children, moving up into the middle class bracket that some still need help. We hope to make this all possible with your help. We also would desire to include a short sermon, or teaching every night, with perhaps a different guest speaker from the one of local churches, during our dinner hour. Eventually we would want a large enough facility to be able to have beds and showers to be able to take care of any of the homeless, may they be travelers, battered women, runaway children, or even a simple family down on their fortune to come and have a free meal and clean bed, in a controlled and safe atmosphere. We also would like to express our Christian charity, affection, compassion, biblical direction, prayer, healing and the teaching of the Love of our Lord Jesus Christ.

I was visiting Biblical Truth Christian Church tonight. I have wondered quite often how you might be doing. I see you are over- coming despite the difficulty. I will pray with you yet more. We all need others to pray with us to the Lord from time to time, and remember me also as we call to Him. There is total truth in what Jesus said. We do not live by bread alone, but every Word that comes forth from the mouth of God. Surly your circumstance is witness to that.

I read your last Sunday Sermon and found it enlightening. My visit from Urich Missouri to the Church coming abroad from Hawaii is a gift from the Holy Spirit. I stumbled into the site by accident. Wonderful Ministry for the Lord!

Greetings in christ's precious name.

Thank you for your reply response, we are praying that God shall use you to enable us find alot of His spiritual food, we are therefore, praying that in God's timing, we shall be accessible to you and share with you God's word.

Our deepest need and desire is to know God and Jesus Christ who He has sent (John 17:3) to have fellowship with Him and to be confident that He is for us and not against us.We have been made by God for God;we cannot enjoy true happiness without God. Psalm 16:11 says "In Thy presence is fullness of joy;at thy right hand there are pleasures for ever more", of all the experiences that he could enjoy in life David said that nothing could come close to the supreme joy of being with God. That need is the very hard of the message that we find in the bible;it makes the message of the bible good news.

The church is called to evangelize and spread these good news as a man casts seeds. We are called effectually to engage in foreign mission work and local outreach using the means planting and watering and trusting the lord for the increase( 1 Corinthians 3:6 ).

As we endavour to sow the seeds of God, we msut earnestly pray. Prayer and missions are inseparable. God is soveren.He chooses when and where He will work yet God often chooses to work in response to our prayers.

If it were God's plans that you shall bring God's word to Kenya, you MUST come on God's timing.God's plans come to pass and are perfect.We cannot push God's plans without His own will.We must wait upon God's timing for God's plans are Holya nd perfect. Therefore the spirit will work all these and surely we shall see this in God's acceptable time and therefore let us not worry or doubt whether the Holy spirit has guided us to this cause.This is God's plan.

Prayer is the most necessary and most powerful spiritual weapon we can use in all God's work.In many of Paul's letters,he begs his leaders to pray for him.He had leant the vital important of earnest prayer.

We should pray that the word of God may grow and increase.We pray that God's kingdom will come. We pray for the gathering and growth of christ's churches.

Missiology was born in prayer,all its authentic,divine outworkings have been bathed in prayer.The book of Acts,the mission text book of all times, is equally a text book for prayer. Prayer is recorded there more than 30 times.

BrotherLeroy we are working to promote God's cause and kingdom.Our Lord Jesus wants us to confess His name before men (Matt 10:32-33). The Apostle Paul says that our lives are to be read of all men "as the episode of christ' (2 Coronthians 3:1-3).

Keep on mentioning our requests in your prayers and God shall bless us in His time.

Today I got an e-mail from our friend, Rev. Paul Bonanno in Hilo, Hawaii. In the middle of a sentence, he said one of the most profound theological statements I have ever heard in my life,..and he never even REALIZED it.

He said,...."Scripture holds pieces of God in each word,...."

WOW! PASS IT ON!!!!

In a single sentence he has encapsulated more than five thousand years of Judeo-Christian history, the purpose and meaning of the Bible, why it provides answers, how we can rely on it, why we should read and study it, how it can speak to us in a still, small voice, how it provides guidance for the affairs of men and nations, now and forever.

This is worth passing on to all your friends, your enemies, your e-mail lists, your pastors, your rabbis, church leaders, your enemies, your associates, newspapers, etc.

This is a quote that can cause people to look at holy scriptures in a completely new light regardless of their denominations, and can be used to bring people together.

What a BLESSING!

Also, please keep Rev. Paul in your prayers for complete healing of a neurological problem.

He is a fine individual who has no idea of the profound, positive impact he has on others.

Thank you for your inspiring words. You are in our prayers. May God grant you good health and strength that you may continue with His good work.

We are praying that God help us from satan's temptations and tricks. We hope to share with you God's word face to face in one of God's acceptable time. Thank you for your spiritual materials in your website.

“Take heed therefore unto yourselves and to all the flock, over the which the holy spirit hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which He hath purchased with His own blood” (Acts 20:28).

We as ministers of the word are within the parameters of Paul’s’ exhortation to take heed to all the flock. This is very clearer in Ephesians 4:11 with talks of a shepherd to the church of God.

Sheep are unique creatures. They are creatures on earth. They will leave rich pastures for barren ones then not able to find their own way home (back).

Without a shepherd’s guidance, sheep will destroy themselves in one way or another. Without a shepherd, sheep cannot feed themselves well, defend themselves against attack, sheep cannot treat themselves when injured. Without a shepherd, sheep can do nothing. Shepherding the church of God is an awesome task.

The shepherding qualities can be destroyed by a worldly spirit. How can you bind up the poor, wounded and broken hearted if your heart clings to worldly riches? How can you recover straying sheep if you are straying yourself? How can you know the weaknesses, temptations, strengths and gifts of the flock if you love the things of this world more than the people of God? Worldly pastors starve the sheep rather than feed them.

Worldliness turns the churches or ministries into a career or a professionalism in the work. This is a great sin without a sense of the spirit’s call in the God’s work. When men force themselves to be shepherd without divine calls, they are pulpiteers rather than preachers, actors rather than appliers, self centered rather than God centered, they trust their abilities rather than looking to Christ and His spirit in the end, their professionalism wil destroy the sheep for the sheep need a personal caring shepherd

We must not think of our churches as work stations rather we should think of our churches as hospitals, where wounded people, sinners, find loving tender care. Like Jesus, we must suffer with our sheep, “love is wanting, deep love, love strong as death, love such as made Jeremiah weep in secret places for the pride of Israel.

No matter how seasoned and experienced a pastor is, he must keep growing spiritually, intellectually, worldliness prevents this growth.

Worldliness promotes a pleasure focused church or ministry. When a minister speaks more about sports than Christ, spends more time with newspapers than with the Bible, more time in cruising the internet than prayer, more time accumulating material possessions than promoting the welfare of souls of his flock. His pleasure seeking will undercut the church or ministry.

We need to shun every form of materialism, our cars, furniture, possessions and clothing should not become ends in themselves, it is not right for a minister to “walk in a vain show” (Psalm 39:6). If we preach to our people that they may not set their hearts on earthly things which our lifestyle shows that we ourselves do, our churches or ministries loses credibility.

Our daily conversations should not focus too much on earthily things. If we we tell people that “out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaketh. ” We must be role models. Anything we do or say that puts earthily pleasures first and divine services last destroys the effectiveness of our churches. Watchfulness, prayer and daily bible reading are best antidotes for temptation.

Don’t be overcome by a worldly, unbelieving spirit rather than faith. Take heed to the flock. Feed the church with the word and remember everything that we say gets filtered through the grid of our peoples’ mind. Godliness should be seen in us not worldliness and do not starve the sheep with worldliness.

May God help us to shepherd His flock in holiness.

Greetings to you in the in precious name of our Saviour Lord Jesus Christ.

I humbly introduce myself as an Evangelist.------------- and

praising my God for choosing me and my good husband --------- to

proclaim the love and the Gospel of Jesus Christ in the part of our nation.

. The Lord has burdened us with need of spreading the Gospel to the

Un-reached people groups. ----- is the largest democratic nation in the

world, having population 1000.million spread in 600,000.villages. There are

16 major languages and 1200.dialects. It is a country with diverse culture

living habits and fluctuating climatic condition. After every 150 to 200

miles either the language or dialect changes. --------------- is -------- fifth largest state in South East with population a little over 70

millions who live in 31,500 villages. And 430.million out of 1000.million of

our country population yet to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. And 80% of

600,000 villages do not have Christian--------

In our outreach and Church planting Ministries many perishing souls have

come to the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ. So far we carried the word of

Salvation to 702 villages and we thank and Praise God that He enable us to

establish 62.small Churches in different villages and towns and there are

co- workers in each Mission stations.

Apart from our field Ministries and Church Ministries we also do social and

relief work during natural disaster and uplift the downtrodden and weaker

sections. Many people in and out of our Mission Centers are illiterates and

a socially under privileged communities. They earn a very meager daily

wages, which is insufficient to maintain themselves and their families.

Children and Women suffer malnutrationand under nutration. They also do not

have sufficient clothing, once in awhile we distribute food materials and

clothing to those people as our resources are permitted.

Please Pray for these Ministries-CHURCH PLANTING, SUNDAY SCHOOLS, WOMEN

FELLOWSHIP (S) OUTREACH, EVANGELISM SOCIAL AND RELIEF WORK CHILD CARE AND

MEDICAL CAMPS.

We totally depend on the Lord for all the aspects of our Ministires.We look

to the Lord to work in and through us and trust Him for all our needs. The

Ministry desires to have an active member pray and supporting friends for

the extension of the Kingdom of God.
